Managed AI Automation Services for Growing Businesses
Automation work here begins with a list of the tasks your team does by hand every week. We map those tasks, build the automation inside the systems you already run, and keep it working when a platform changes underneath it. For most clients that means WordPress, where we already act as administrator. A model gets the single step that needs judgment. Everything around it is plain, predictable plumbing.
Pick where to start
Trusted by operations globally
Built in the Pacific Northwest, Trusted Well Beyond It
Support here is an ongoing relationship with people who know your setup, and nobody is counting tickets. We keep the work dull on purpose, since dull is what you want from the systems your revenue depends on. Everything gets explained in plain language.
Tell us what is wrong
Most people arrive with one of these
Almost nobody shows up asking for an automation partner. They show up because someone keeps typing the same order into a second system, or because a workflow quietly stopped a month ago and only the backlog noticed. Below are the problems we hear about most, each matched to the design, maintenance or MCP work that fixes it. Pick the one that sounds like your week and we can start there.
Not sure? Talk to usSomebody retypes the same order into a second system
When someone reads an order off one screen and keys it into another, you have found the cheapest automation you will ever pay for. We reconcile the records in both systems first, then connect them directly. The retyping ends, and so do the transcription mistakes.
An automation stopped firing and nobody noticed for a month
A broken workflow rarely tells anyone. It just stops, and the work drifts back to being manual until a backlog gives it away. Monitoring is there to catch those silent failures, the costly kind, and fixing them is part of the plan instead of a separate quote.
The contractor who built our automations is long gone
Code someone else wrote is not bad by default. It is unknown, and unknown is what fails at month end. The evaluation grades each workflow on its merits, so you learn which ones deserve to be kept before you start paying to keep them.
Every AI vendor wants my data on their platform and their key
The credentials, the account and the view of what it costs all stay with you. We build inside the WordPress setup you already pay for, on your own model keys. Should you leave, the automations stay where they are and keep running.
An approval sits in someone’s inbox until the customer complains
The approval depends on one person opening one email, and the customer notices the delay first. The automation reminds the approver on a schedule, escalates once the window closes, and lists anything still stuck on a report you will actually read.
Some of this should be built natively, not bolted on
Some work does not need a cross-platform layer at all. When it lives entirely inside one platform, its own tools will handle it better and for less than anything we could add on top, and we will tell you so when that is the case.
I want my site orders and content reachable in plain language
Your WordPress data already has structure. The missing piece is a safe way to ask it questions in conversation. We add that with permission scoping and an audit trail, so the convenience does not open a new way in for attackers.
How the Work Gets Done
First the process gets mapped as people really run it. Then we build it where a mistake costs nothing, and once it goes live we keep watching.

Ask us
Questions people ask before they sign up
Tell us which job your team keeps doing by hand, and we will say plainly whether automation is the right fix and whether we are the right people to build it.
Talk to usWhat happens on the first day?
We sit down with the people who do the work and write out how the process really runs, exceptions included. Nothing touches live data on day one. Your portal login follows within two business days.
Do I have to move anything to your platform?
No. We build inside the WordPress environment you already run, on your own model keys.
What if an automation breaks at 2am?
Failure alerts come to us, and a broken workflow is ours to chase whenever it happens. On a maintenance plan the repair is included rather than quoted.
Can my team still make changes themselves?
Yes. The accounts stay yours. Every run is logged and rollbacks are wired in, so if a change on your side trips an automation we can see where it failed and undo it.
What happens if I want to leave?
The automations stay behind and keep running, because they live in your accounts on your keys. There is no exit fee.
How do I get started?
Tell us which process eats the most hours each week, or which inherited workflow worries you most. We look at it, tell you honestly whether automation is the right answer, and you decide whether to go ahead.
Is there a contract?
No. Plans run month to month and canceling takes a message, not a process. The one paid step up front is the evaluation for automations someone else built.
What do I see each month?
A monthly report covering what ran, what failed, what we repaired and what changed on the platforms underneath. WordPress MCP setups also get a monthly activity report.
