We tune the automation
Switching on a workflow rule takes a minute. Knowing which rules earn their place, and killing the ones firing so often your team stopped reading the alerts, means reading your ticket data every month.
Managed Zoho Desk
Support requests arrive from six directions and the ones that matter get buried under the ones that do not. Zoho Desk fixes that when it is configured properly: every channel feeding one queue, response targets your agents can actually see, and escalations that fire before a customer has to chase you.
With Cascadia you get
Switching on a workflow rule takes a minute. Knowing which rules earn their place, and killing the ones firing so often your team stopped reading the alerts, means reading your ticket data every month.
A response target nobody measures is decoration, because the first time it slips with no consequence your team learns to ignore it. We set yours against real business hours, then check every month whether you are hitting them and where the misses cluster, and say plainly whether to fix the process or change the target.
Desk records every response time, reopen, and abandoned chat, but a dashboard nobody opens changes nothing. Every month we go through the numbers, find the issue types eating your team’s hours, and act on them.
What you get
All 20 of these come with Managed Zoho Desk, set up and looked after by our team.
Tell us how your team uses Zoho Desk and we will take it from there.
Anyone can stand a help desk up once. Keeping the routing sane as your team changes, the response targets honest as volume moves, and the knowledge base current as your product ships is a different job, and it is the one that decides whether your agents still trust the queue a year from now.
| What to compare | How Cascadia handles it |
|---|---|
| Getting the next change made | Under a subscription, you tell us what is not working and we change it. |
| A setup that quietly drifts | We review your routing, targets, and articles against every Zoho release and every change you make, so the configuration still matches how your agents are actually working. |
| Inheriting somebody else’s desk | We audit what exists, check which automations still fire and which views anybody opens, and tell you honestly what is worth keeping and what should be rewritten clean. |
| Reports nobody opens | We go through it every month, find the issue types eating the most agent hours, and fix them, so your service numbers actually move instead of just sitting there available to anyone curious. |
| Growing into the rest of Zoho | We manage the wider Zoho ecosystem, so when your ticket problem is really a CRM data problem, we say so, and we flag when Zoho One costs less than adding apps one by one. |
| What it costs next month | A flat monthly rate makes the cost predictable and puts the incentive on us to keep your queue healthy rather than to accumulate billable hours. |

A shared mailbox works until two people reply to the same message and a third sits unanswered for a week. Tickets give every request an owner, a status, and a clock, so nothing depends on somebody remembering to flag it.
Get startedIf your sales data already lives in Zoho, Desk is the cheapest way to give support the same context. Agents open a ticket and see the account, the open deals, and the unpaid invoices, so nobody has to ask a customer to explain their own history again.
Get startedIf you have promised a response time in a contract, you need to prove you are meeting it. SLA policies, business hours, and escalation rules turn that promise into something the system enforces, and the reporting hands you the evidence the first time a customer asks for it.
Get startedWhether you are moving off a shared inbox or rescuing a Desk instance your agents avoid, the sequence is the same.
We start with the evidence you already have: your current inbox or help desk, the channels customers actually use, and whatever your team has been tracking on the side. Then we sit with your agents and watch a normal day.
Get startedWe connect your channels, build the ticket layouts your agents need, set response targets against your real business hours, and write the automation that removes the steps nobody should type twice. The help center and your first knowledge base articles get built alongside it.
Get startedWe launch to your team, watch the first few weeks closely, and correct the routing rules that turn out to be wrong in practice. Every month after that we read the response and resolution data, find the issue types eating the most hours, and act on them.

See the comparisonsManaged Zoho Desk means we run your help desk instead of handing you a login and wishing you luck. That covers the initial build, ticket channels, SLA and escalation rules, automation, help center and knowledge base content, reporting, and integrations with your other Zoho apps. It also covers the ongoing part most providers skip: reviewing what is working every month and changing what is not, on a flat monthly rate.
Zoho Desk is customer service software. It collects requests from email, web forms, phone, chat, social, and WhatsApp into a single ticket queue, routes each one to the right agent, tracks response and resolution time against your targets, and gives customers a self-service help center so they can answer common questions without contacting anybody. Support, IT service desks, and internal operations teams all use it the same way.
Zendesk is the more established product and has a deeper app marketplace. Zoho Desk costs considerably less per agent and integrates natively with the rest of Zoho, which matters a great deal if your CRM, books, and projects already live there. If Zoho is not your stack, that advantage disappears and the decision comes down to price and feature fit. We will tell you honestly if Desk is the wrong choice.
Yes. We move tickets, contacts, organizations, knowledge base articles, and history, and we work out the field mapping before anything is imported rather than discovering problems afterward. Migrations from a shared inbox or a spreadsheet work too, though those usually need more decisions about what is worth bringing across. Large migrations are scoped separately from the monthly plan.
A straightforward setup with two or three channels, basic SLAs, and a small knowledge base is usually live in two to four weeks. Add a migration from another help desk, telephony integration, or blueprints for complex case types and it runs longer. We build in stages so your team is taking tickets in Desk early rather than waiting for the whole configuration to finish.
Yes, and we tune them after launch, which is the part that gets skipped. We define response and resolution targets per customer tier, channel, or priority, attach your real business hours and holiday calendar, and build multi-level escalations that alert a supervisor before a target is missed. Then we look at which rules fire constantly and fix the underlying problem instead of leaving people to ignore the alerts.
Yes, and it is one of the strongest reasons to choose Desk. Agents see account, contact, and deal context inside the ticket, and your sales team sees open support issues before they call. We configure the sync, decide which records flow in which direction, and keep the field mapping current as both sides change. The same applies to Books, Projects, Inventory, and Analytics.
Email, web forms, live chat, telephony, social media, and WhatsApp all feed the same ticket queue. We connect each one, set up the routing behind it, and make sure it is not landing somewhere nobody monitors. That last point matters more than it sounds. Abandoned channels are the most common defect we find in help desks that were set up once and never revisited.
Yes. We look at what your tickets actually keep asking, write the articles that would have prevented them, and review the library on a schedule so answers do not quietly go stale as your product changes. Writing is the work most self-service projects underestimate and then abandon, which is why so many help centers hold nine articles from the year they launched.
A blueprint enforces a process on a ticket type. Instead of trusting agents to remember the sequence, the ticket only moves to the next stage when the required conditions are met, with the right fields filled and the right person notified. Warranty claims, refunds, and IT provisioning are common uses. We build them for the case types where consistency matters and leave everything else flexible.
You do. Everything lives inside your own Zoho subscription under your ownership: the automation rules, the help center, the articles, the reports, and the history. If you ever change providers, all of it stays exactly where it is. Nothing sits in an agency account, so there is no export to negotiate and no leverage held over you at renewal time.
That is most of the accounts we take over. We audit what exists, look at which automations still fire and which views anybody opens, and tell you honestly what is worth keeping. Rebuilding everything is easier for us and more expensive for you, so we only recommend it where the existing setup is genuinely working against your team rather than just untidy.
We’d love to hear from you!
