Built around your real process
We start by watching how the work happens today, including the steps people invented because the software would not let them do it properly. The app gets built around that reality instead of a tidy version of it.
Managed Zoho Creator
Zoho Creator can run the process your business has been holding together in a spreadsheet, once someone builds the forms, writes the logic, and connects it to the systems you already use. That part is a job.

We start by watching how the work happens today, including the steps people invented because the software would not let them do it properly. The app gets built around that reality instead of a tidy version of it.
Low code covers a great deal, and then your requirement lands just past the edge of it. That is where Deluge comes in: calculated fields, cross app logic, custom functions, and the awkward rule that no drag and drop builder anticipated.
Editing a live app while people are entering data into it is how a small improvement becomes a bad afternoon. We build and test changes in a development environment, then release them deliberately.
What you get
All 26 of these come with Managed Zoho Creator, set up and looked after by our team.
Tell us how your team uses Zoho Creator and we will take it from there.
A freelance developer can build a Creator app, demo it, and invoice for the project. Keeping it current as your process changes, watching the integrations, and making the small improvements people ask for is a different job, and it is the one that decides whether anyone is still using the app a year from now.
| What to compare | How Cascadia handles it |
|---|---|
| Getting the next change made | Under a subscription, you tell us what you need and we do it. |
| An app the rest of your stack cannot see | We connect Creator to CRM, Books, Desk, and whatever sits outside Zoho, so a record created once shows up where the next person needs it instead of being retyped from a screenshot. |
| Inheriting an app that is a mess | We audit what exists, check the data model and the scripts first, and tell you honestly which parts are worth keeping and which should be rebuilt clean. |
| Nobody watching after go live | We keep watching the scheduled jobs and the integrations after launch, so a problem gets found by us rather than by whoever eventually notices the numbers are wrong. |
| Growing into the rest of Zoho | We manage the wider Zoho ecosystem, so when your custom app is really solving a CRM configuration problem, we say so, and we flag when Zoho One costs less than adding apps one by one. |
| What it costs next month | A flat monthly rate makes the cost predictable and puts the incentive on us to keep your app working well rather than to accumulate billable hours. |

A workbook grows tabs, formulas, and one person who knows how it works. Then two people edit it at once and a week of records goes missing.
Get startedSome businesses have a workflow that no packaged software was written for, so they buy something close and work around the gaps forever. Creator lets us build for the actual process instead.
Get startedInspections, job sheets, deliveries, and site checks still get written on paper and typed up later, which is where the errors and the delays come from. We build the mobile app your crews actually use, with offline capture, photos, and scanning, so the record is made once at the point of work.
Get startedWhether you are starting from a blank page or inheriting an app somebody else abandoned, the sequence is the same.
We start with a consultation about what the process does, who touches it, and where it currently breaks. Then we design the data model: what a record is, how records relate, and what each one has to carry.
Get startedWe build the forms, pages, and navigation, then layer in the workflow rules and the Deluge that makes them behave properly. Reports and dashboards get built against the questions your managers already ask.
Get startedWe connect CRM and the rest of your stack, migrate your existing data, then keep it running from there. Changes get built and tested as your process shifts, scheduled jobs and integrations get watched, permissions get reviewed, and new reports get added as people work out what they want to see.

See the comparisonsManaged Zoho Creator is an ongoing service that handles the design, building, and upkeep of the custom applications you run on the Creator platform. That covers forms and data models, workflow rules and Deluge scripting, reports and dashboards, portals and mobile access, integrations with your other systems, and the permissions around all of it. Instead of hiring a developer for each change, the work runs on a flat monthly plan.
Creator is a low code platform for building the applications your business needs but cannot buy. Common examples are job and work order tracking, inspections, inventory, field service, permit and compliance logging, equipment records, and any process currently held together by a shared spreadsheet. If your work has a repeatable structure and no product on the market fits it, that is the case Creator was built for.
We build it. You describe the process, the records you need to track, who does what, and what you need to see at the end. We handle the data model, forms, workflows, scripting, reports, and permissions, then walk your team through it. If you have people who want to make their own changes later, we set the app up so that is safe to do and show them where the edges are.
Yes, and we do it often. We audit what exists first: the data model, the scripts, the workflows, and where the shortcuts were taken. Then we tell you honestly which parts are worth keeping and which should be rebuilt. Most inherited apps are fixable. Rebuilding everything is usually easier for the provider and more expensive for you, so we do not quote it by default.
A focused single process app usually takes two to four weeks from the first conversation to your team using it. Something spanning several departments with portals and integrations runs longer, typically six to ten weeks. We build in stages and put the first working version in front of you early, because people describe what they need far better once they can click on something.
Yes. Creator apps run on iOS and Android without a separate build, and we configure the mobile layouts so a form is usable on a phone rather than a shrunk desktop screen. Offline capture works where crews have no signal, with records syncing when they reconnect. Barcode scanning, GPS stamps, and photo capture are all available for site and inspection work.
Yes, through portals. A portal user sees only their own records, so a client can submit a request and track its progress, or a supplier can update a job, without seeing anyone else’s data and without a full Creator license. Portal access is priced separately by Zoho on a user or volume basis. We set up the permissions and the interface they land on.
Usually yes. The Zoho apps connect natively, so CRM, Books, Desk, Inventory, and the rest link with little friction. Outside Zoho we use the REST API, webhooks, and middleware, which covers most accounting packages, payment processors, and industry specific tools. If a system has no API at all, we will tell you that early rather than after you have paid for an attempt.
Deluge is the scripting language inside Creator, used when the point and click actions cannot do what you need. We write it where it is warranted, and we document what each function does and why. The scripts live inside your own Creator account, so if you ever change providers the next developer reads working, commented code rather than reverse engineering a black box.
You do. Everything we build lives inside your own Zoho Creator subscription under your ownership. The apps, the data, the scripts, and the reports stay exactly where they are if you ever change providers. Nothing sits in an agency account, so there is no export to negotiate and no leverage held over you. We think that is the only honest way to run this.
An hourly developer finishes the build and moves on. Every later change means a fresh quote and a wait, which quietly trains your team to stop asking, and the app slowly drifts from how the business actually works. A subscription puts changes inside the service, so requests get made and the app keeps up. It also puts the incentive on us to keep it running well.
Growth is normal and we plan for it. The plan covers three apps, so a second and third process can move onto Creator without a new agreement. When record volumes or user counts approach a tier limit, we flag it and price the options before a cap interrupts anyone. If a process genuinely belongs in a different Zoho app, we will say so rather than forcing it into Creator.
If Creator is the only Zoho app you run, the standalone plan is the right fit. Once you are managing three or more apps, our Zoho One bundle covers all of them for less than the separate plans stacked together, and Creator is included in the Zoho One license itself. We look at what you actually run and tell you which side of that line you are on.
We’d love to hear from you!
