Managed DNS, Domains and Edge Protection for Growing Businesses

For companies moving hosts or replatforming. Every record in your zone, documented and watched from several locations. We lower TTLs ahead of a change so a correction lands in minutes instead of tomorrow, and we verify mail and web separately after any cutover.

Trusted by operations globally

Built in the Pacific Northwest, Trusted Well Beyond It

We treat support as a relationship, not a ticket count. The work is boring by design, and boring is exactly what you want from the systems your revenue runs through. We explain all of it in plain language, no technical translation required.

Tell us what is wrong

Most people arrive with one of these

Most people don’t arrive thinking “I need a DNS audit.” They arrive because something is broken, slow, or scary, and they just want it fixed. This section maps the symptoms we hear most often to the DNS or domain work that actually solves them. Find the one that sounds like your week, and we’ll take it from there.

My site went down and it turned out to be one DNS record

When DNS is not resolving, your server is fine and your records are not. We watch resolution from several locations and catch the failure before a client has to call you. See managed DNS.

Our domains are scattered across registrars and nobody has all the logins

Domain consolidation pulls every name you own into one managed account with one renewal calendar. No more hunting through four registrars for the login nobody wrote down. See domain management.

I changed a DNS record this morning and it still has not taken effect

How long DNS propagation takes depends on the TTL set before the change, not on luck. We lower it ahead of any edit so a correction lands in minutes instead of tomorrow. See managed DNS.

Nobody here can explain what half of our DNS records actually do

Most zones carry records nobody remembers creating. We audit every entry, get your DNS records explained in plain language, and clear out the ones pointing at services you retired. See managed DNS.

A domain expired because the renewal notice went to someone who left

Domain expiration is the failure nobody plans for, and it usually traces back to a notice sent to a departed employee. We hold the renewal calendar and watch every date. See domain management.

We are moving hosts next month and DNS is the part that worries me

A DNS migration is where host moves go wrong, usually by cutting over the website and forgetting the mail. We sequence the records and verify both before anything switches over. See managed DNS.

We need to move a domain and I am afraid of breaking our email

To transfer a domain to another registrar without breaking anything, the records move first and the registrar second. We plan that order and keep your mail flowing throughout. See domain management.

Our invoices keep landing in our customers spam folders

If you are asking why is my email going to spam, the answer is almost always SPF, DKIM, or DMARC. We rebuild those records and confirm your mail authenticates properly. See managed DNS.

Getting Started Is Simpler Than You Think

Questions people ask before they sign up

Tell us which names and records you need held, and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right people for it.

Talk to us
What happens on the first day?

We read your zone end to end, write down what every record actually does, and flag the ones pointing at services you retired. Nothing changes until you agree it should. Your portal login follows within two business days.

Do I have to move my domains to you?

For domain management, yes, and the transfers are free. Names are held on Cloudflare at registry cost, with no markup on the renewal. Managed DNS does not require it: we can run the zone where it sits today.

What if a record change takes something down at 2am?

We lower the TTL ahead of any edit, so a correction lands in minutes instead of tomorrow, and every change has a rollback point. Resolution is watched from several locations, which means the failure reaches us before a client has to call you.

Can I still change records myself?

You can, though most clients would rather ask. Changes are unlimited and every one goes into the change log, so a record that moves is written down rather than remembered.

What happens if I want to leave?

The names, the zone and the registrar lock are yours throughout. Transfer them out whenever you like. No exit fee and no hostage-taking.

How do I get started?

Tell us which registrars your names are scattered across. We will read the zone, tell you what we find, and you decide whether to go ahead.

Is there a contract?

No contract. It is month to month, and canceling is a message rather than a process.

What do I see each month?

The renewal calendar, every record we changed and why, the resolution checks, and anything still in the zone we think should go. Plain language, no translation needed.
