Your sales process leads
We do not arrive with a template pipeline and ask you to sell our way. We start from how your deals actually move, what your reps already do well, and where things stall, then build the CRM around that.
Managed Zoho CRM
Zoho CRM can run your whole sales operation. The catch is the word once: once someone has shaped the pipeline around how you actually sell, built the automation, and cleaned up the data sitting underneath all of it. That part is a job, and it is the part we do.
With Cascadia you get
We do not arrive with a template pipeline and ask you to sell our way. We start from how your deals actually move, what your reps already do well, and where things stall, then build the CRM around that.
A CRM built for how you sold last year quietly stops matching reality. When you add a product line, raise your qualification bar, or restructure the team, we adjust the stages, fields, and automation to match.
The built-in integrations cover common setups well. The awkward cases need more: pushing deal data into a finance system Zoho has never heard of, pulling pricing out of your own database, or starting a downstream process the moment a deal closes.
What you get
All 20 of these come with Managed Zoho CRM, set up and looked after by our team.
Tell us how your team uses Zoho CRM and we will take it from there.
A consultant can switch CRM on, import your contacts, and run one training session. Keeping the pipeline matching how you sell, the automation working as volume grows, and the data clean enough to trust is a different job, and it is the one that decides whether your team is still using the system a year from now.
| What to compare | How Cascadia handles it |
|---|---|
| Getting the next change made | Under a subscription, you tell us what you need and we do it. |
| Data nobody trusts by month six | We set the rules that stop duplicates being created, then run scheduled hygiene passes, so your reports keep matching what your team believes is true rather than drifting away from it. |
| Inheriting a CRM that is a mess | We audit what exists, check your pipeline logic and data quality first, and tell you honestly which parts are worth keeping and which should be rebuilt clean. |
| Automation nobody is watching | We monitor the automation and catch the rule that started emailing the wrong list after your stage names changed, so a quiet failure gets fixed before your customers notice it. |
| Growing into the rest of Zoho | We manage the wider Zoho ecosystem, so when your pipeline problem is really a support or billing data problem, we say so, and we flag when Zoho One costs less than adding apps one by one. |
| What it costs next month | A flat monthly rate makes the cost predictable and puts the incentive on us to keep your sales team moving rather than to accumulate billable hours. |

A shared sheet works. It works until two people edit it at once, until a deal goes quiet with nobody assigned to it, or until somebody asks what closed last quarter and the answer takes a day to assemble. We move you into CRM with your history intact, build the stages your team already uses informally, and hand your managers a pipeline they can actually read.
Get startedLeaving an expensive CRM is mostly a data problem. Records, history, notes, attachments, and open activity all have to arrive with their owners and dates intact, rather than as a flat contact list nobody can work from.
Get startedZoho One includes CRM. Plenty of companies pay for it and pay Salesforce or HubSpot on top, which is a bill worth looking at. We set CRM up against how you actually sell, migrate your data, and connect it to the Zoho apps you already run, so you stop funding two systems that do the same job.
Get startedWhether you are starting fresh or inheriting a CRM somebody abandoned, the sequence is the same.
It starts with a conversation. How deals reach you, the stages they move through, who owns what today, and, the useful one, where things stall. Then we look at the records themselves and the fields each stage actually needs.
Get startedStages, layouts, and custom fields get created first, then the workflow rules, assignment logic, and blueprints go on top of them. Scoring is the part most people skip. We set those rules against your own closed-won history rather than a generic template.
Get startedWe migrate your data, connect email, telephony, and the rest of your Zoho apps. Then we keep it running. Pipelines get adjusted when your process changes, automation gets watched, duplicate records get cleaned out, and new reports get built as your leadership starts asking new questions, which they will.

Weighing us against another option? Our comparisons take the main ones in turn.
See the comparisonsIt is an ongoing subscription where we run your CRM for you. That covers pipeline and stage design, page layouts, automation and blueprints, lead assignment, data migration and hygiene, integrations with email, telephony and the rest of your Zoho apps, plus the security model and the reporting underneath all of it. The alternative is asking whoever has time to administer a sales system. Here you have a team already inside your account, handling it month to month.
Yes. You keep your own Zoho CRM subscription, and you own the account, the configuration, and every record in it, while we work in your environment as an administrator. Change providers one day and nothing sits behind our accounts, with no export to negotiate. We will also tell you which edition your requirements genuinely need, because several features people assume are standard only appear in Enterprise and above.
Yes. CRM is part of the Zoho One suite, and most companies running several Zoho apps reach it that way rather than buying it standalone, though the management work is identical either way. If you already use CRM alongside Books, Desk, Campaigns, or Projects, our Zoho One bundle covers the whole ecosystem for less than four individual app plans. That is where most multi-app teams end up.
A consultant suits a project with a defined start and end. A CRM is not that. Your pipeline changes, reps join and leave, automation that worked at twenty deals a month quietly breaks at two hundred, and data quality drifts the whole time. Billed by the hour, each of those becomes a small negotiation. A subscription removes the friction: ordinary changes do not need a quote, and we keep context between requests instead of relearning your business every time.
Yes, and from Pipedrive, spreadsheets, or an older Zoho org as well. Records, history, notes, attachments, and open activity come across with owners and dates intact, not as a flat contact list. We run a test migration first, so you see exactly what lands where before your team switches over. Migrations are scoped as a project alongside the subscription, because the effort depends on how much data you have and what condition it is in.
Three to four weeks for most teams. Week one covers access, a review of how you sell today, and pipeline design. Week two is layouts, fields, and data migration. Week three, automation, assignment rules, and blueprints. Week four is integrations, reporting, and rollout. A large migration from another CRM runs alongside all of that and usually takes longer.
Usually, yes. Most providers quote a rebuild because reading someone else’s work is harder than starting over. We audit what is there first, across your pipeline logic, custom fields, automation, and data quality, and then tell you which parts are worth keeping and which genuinely should be rebuilt clean. Plenty of accounts need a tidy-up and a few structural fixes. That is all.
Yes. Gmail or Microsoft 365 gets connected so mail and meetings log against the right record on their own, and your phone system gets wired in through PhoneBridge so calls, recordings, and outcomes attach without anybody writing them up afterward. Zoho CRM supports a long list of telephony providers. If yours is not on it, we look at what its API allows before promising anything.
That is usually where CRM earns its money. Books gets connected so invoices and payments sit against the account, Desk so support history is visible right beside the deal, Campaigns for marketing attribution, and Analytics for reporting that spans several apps at once. Where a built-in connector stops short of what you need, we extend it with the API and Deluge instead of leaving you a manual step.
A CRM nobody trusts is a CRM nobody updates. Duplicates are the fastest route there, so we set unique field rules and merge criteria to make them harder to create in the first place, then run scheduled clean-ups on whatever is already in the system. Reports start matching what your team believes is true. Adoption tends to improve on its own after that.
Yes. The role hierarchy and profiles get built so people reach what their job requires and nothing further, with territories and sharing rules where regions or overlay teams make ownership complicated. Field-level permissions cover the sensitive parts: margin, contract value, personal data. On top of that we configure the audit trail and the exports your auditors ask for.
We build them. Pipeline by stage and owner, conversion rates between stages, average sales cycle, activity measured against outcomes, and the useful one, where deals are stalling. Each manager gets a dashboard scoped to their own team, rather than one shared view nobody reads. And when leadership starts asking a new question every month, we add the report, instead of leaving you to export a spreadsheet.
It depends on what you actually use. Blueprint, sandbox, territory management, and much of the advanced automation sit in Enterprise or above, while a small team with a simple pipeline is often perfectly fine on Professional. We track your usage against your edition. Then we tell you when an upgrade is genuinely warranted, when it is not, and when Zoho One works out cheaper than your current combination of apps.
The subscription is monthly with no long-term commitment, and everything we build lives in your own Zoho account, so you keep it either way. Start with a consultation. We look at how you sell today, your user count, what needs to connect to CRM, and the state of your existing data, then confirm whether the standard plan covers it. If your requirements are bigger, we will say so and quote the work.
We’d love to hear from you!
