Someone watching your syncs
A broken connection does not announce itself. It just stops updating, and the dashboard keeps showing last week’s numbers as if nothing happened.
Managed Zoho Analytics
Zoho Analytics can answer almost any question about your business, once someone connects the data, builds the reports, and keeps the syncs running. That part is a job.
With Cascadia you get
A broken connection does not announce itself. It just stops updating, and the dashboard keeps showing last week’s numbers as if nothing happened.
Most reporting arguments are really definition arguments. Sales counts revenue at close, finance counts it at invoice, and each side is certain the other is wrong.
The drag-and-drop editor covers straightforward questions well. The valuable ones tend to need multi-step logic, custom calculations, or aggregation the visual tools cannot express.
What you get
All 20 of these come with Managed Zoho Analytics, set up and looked after by our team.
Tell us how your team uses Zoho Analytics and we will take it from there.
A consultant can build you a reporting setup. Keeping it accurate as your data, your team, and your questions change is a different job, and it is the one that decides whether anyone still trusts the dashboards a year from now.
| What to compare | How Cascadia handles it |
|---|---|
| Getting a new report built | Under a subscription, you ask and we build it. |
| Data spread across several systems | We blend data across Zoho apps and outside platforms inside Analytics, so marketing spend, pipeline, and invoiced revenue can sit on one chart without anyone stitching files together each month. |
| Inheriting a workspace that is a mess | We audit what exists, trace where numbers stop matching the source systems, and tell you honestly which parts are worth repairing and which should be rebuilt clean. |
| Who is allowed to see what | We manage roles and row-level sharing so each person opens the data belonging to their team, their region, or their accounts, without finance numbers appearing where they should not. |
| Growing into the rest of Zoho | We manage the wider Zoho ecosystem, so when your reporting problem is really a CRM or Books problem, we say so, and we can tell you when the Zoho One bundle costs less than adding apps one at a time. |
| What it costs next month | A flat monthly rate makes the cost predictable and puts the incentive on us to keep your setup stable rather than to accumulate billable hours. |

When CRM holds the pipeline, Books holds the invoices, and Desk holds the tickets, no single app can tell you how the business is doing. We connect them inside Zoho Analytics and build the cross-app view, so leadership stops assembling that picture by hand each month.
Get startedManual exports are slow, easy to get wrong, and out of date the moment they are sent. We move that reporting into scheduled dashboards fed straight from your systems, which frees whoever currently spends the first three days of every month rebuilding the same file.
Get startedZoho One includes Analytics, and plenty of companies pay for it without ever switching it on. We set it up against the apps you already run and build your first dashboards, so you get value from a license you are funding either way.
Get startedWhether you are starting from an empty workspace or inheriting one somebody else built, the sequence is the same.
We start with a consultation about the decisions you are trying to make and the questions that keep coming back around. Then we look at where that data actually lives and whether it can answer them.
Get startedWe connect your priority sources, set sync schedules that match how quickly each one changes, and reconcile the imported data against the source system before anything gets built on top of it. Reporting that starts from unverified data produces confident answers that happen to be wrong, which is worse than having no dashboard at all.
Get startedWe build the dashboards and reports, schedule delivery for the people who will never log in to check, and hand over access with permissions already sorted. From there it stays managed.

See the comparisonsManaged Zoho Analytics is an ongoing subscription where we run your Zoho Analytics environment for you. That covers connecting and monitoring your data sources, building and maintaining dashboards and reports, managing users and permissions, and fixing sync failures when they happen. Instead of hiring a consultant every time reporting breaks or a new question comes up, you have a team already inside your setup handling it month to month.
Yes. You keep your own Zoho Analytics subscription and own the account, the data, and everything built inside it. We work inside your environment as an administrator. That matters if you ever change providers, because nothing is locked behind our accounts and there is no export process to negotiate. We will also advise on which plan tier fits your row count and user numbers.
Zoho Analytics connects natively to the Zoho apps including CRM, Books, Desk, Projects, and Campaigns, plus common outside systems such as Google Analytics, QuickBooks, Salesforce, and Shopify. It also reads from SQL databases, cloud storage, and uploaded files. If a system has an API but no prebuilt connector, we can usually still get the data in on a schedule.
We monitor sync status and act on failures rather than waiting for you to notice a stale dashboard. Most breaks come from expired credentials, permission changes in the source system, or an API update on the vendor side. We reconnect, backfill anything missed, and confirm the numbers reconcile. If the cause sits somewhere we cannot reach, such as a locked account, we tell you exactly what needs changing.
Yes, and that is usually where we start. We talk through the decisions you are trying to make, check whether your data actually supports answering them, then build the reports and lay them out so the important numbers read first. Initial builds within your dashboard allowance are part of the subscription. A large first-time reporting buildout for a complex organization may be quoted as a project.
An hourly consultant is a good fit for a defined project with a start and an end. Reporting is not that. Data sources break, definitions change, and new questions arrive constantly, and each one becomes a small negotiation when you are billing by the hour. A subscription removes that friction: the monitoring is continuous, the small fixes do not need a quote, and we retain context about your setup between requests.
Tell us and we will look at whether the extra items are genuinely needed or whether existing reports can be consolidated. Plenty of workspaces carry duplicate dashboards nobody opens. If the additional scope is real, we will quote either a higher tier or a scoped project for the buildout. We would rather have that conversation than quietly let service quality slip.
Yes. Zoho Analytics is included in Zoho One, and many of our clients reach it that way. The management work is the same either way. If you run several Zoho applications, our Zoho One bundle covers the whole ecosystem rather than one app at a time, which usually works out better once you are managing more than a couple of apps.
Yes, and most useful reporting depends on it. Revenue in one system and marketing spend in another only becomes a meaningful number when they sit on the same chart. We connect outside platforms through the native connectors where they exist, and through APIs, database connections, or scheduled file imports where they do not.
Most setups are running within two weeks. The first week covers access, a review of your existing workspace, and connecting your priority data sources. The second covers building or repairing the dashboards you need first. Larger environments with many sources or a messy existing workspace take longer, and we will tell you that up front rather than partway through.
We include practical guidance as part of the service, such as showing people how to read a dashboard, filter it, and export what they need. That covers most teams, because most people consume reports rather than build them. If you want your staff trained to build their own reports and query tables, we can run that as a scoped session.
The subscription is monthly with no long-term commitment. You can cancel with notice, and because everything lives in your own Zoho account, you keep every dashboard, report, and connection we built. We would rather earn the renewal each month than rely on a contract to hold an unhappy client in place.
Yes, and this is a common starting point. We audit the existing workspace, trace where numbers disagree with the source systems, and identify broken joins, duplicated imports, and abandoned reports. Sometimes the fix is repair work and sometimes it is faster to rebuild a section cleanly. We will tell you which, with reasoning, before doing either.
Start with a consultation. We review what you are running now, what you need to measure, and where your data lives, then confirm whether the standard plan covers it. From there we collect access, connect your priority sources, and begin building. If your requirements turn out to be bigger than the subscription, we will say so and quote the project rather than overpromise.
We’d love to hear from you!
