Someone watching your failed payments
A subscription rarely ends with a cancellation. It ends with an expired card, a silent decline, and nobody following up.
Managed Zoho Checkout
Zoho Checkout can take one-time and recurring payments through a hosted page, once someone builds the page, connects the gateway, and makes the money land correctly in your accounts. That part is a job.
With Cascadia you get
A subscription rarely ends with a cancellation. It ends with an expired card, a silent decline, and nobody following up.
A single generic payment form makes deposits, retainers, and donations all feel wrong. We build pages around the actual transaction, with customer-set amounts, the right currency, and fields that capture what you need at the moment of payment rather than in a follow-up email nobody answers.
The built-in connectors cover common setups well. The awkward cases need more: payments pushed into a system Zoho does not support, custom post-payment logic, or revenue reporting that lives somewhere else.
What you get
All 26 of these come with Managed Zoho Checkout, set up and looked after by our team.
Tell us how your team uses Zoho Checkout and we will take it from there.
A consultant can build you a payment page and connect a gateway. Keeping subscriptions charging, failed payments retried, and every transaction reconciled against your accounts as your offers change is a different job, and it is the one that decides whether your revenue still arrives cleanly a year from now.
| What to compare | How Cascadia handles it |
|---|---|
| Getting the next payment page live | Under a subscription, you tell us what you are selling and we build it. |
| Payments that never reach your books | We sync Checkout with Zoho Books and CRM so each payment lands against the right customer and account, and month-end becomes a reconciliation rather than a rebuild. |
| Inheriting a setup that is a mess | We audit what exists, test the live pages and check the gateway and accounting sync first, and tell you honestly which pages are worth keeping and which should be rebuilt clean. |
| Who can move money in your account | We manage roles so building, approving, and refunding sit with different people, and nobody keeps access after they have left the company. |
| Growing into the rest of Zoho | We manage the wider Zoho ecosystem, so when your checkout problem is really a Books configuration problem, we say so, and we flag when Zoho One costs less than adding apps one by one. |
| What it costs next month | A flat monthly rate makes the cost predictable and puts the incentive on us to keep your payments landing rather than to accumulate billable hours. |

When CRM holds the pipeline, Books holds the ledger, and payments come in through a separate tool, nobody sees the whole customer. We connect Checkout into the apps you already run, so a payment lands against the right record instead of only in a gateway report.
Get startedSending an invoice and hoping works right up until your cash flow depends on it. We move you to a payment page people can pay in a minute, with the receipt and the accounting entry created automatically rather than chased at the end of the month.
Get startedZoho One includes Checkout, and plenty of companies pay for it while still taking payments somewhere else at a higher fee. We set it up against what you already sell and connect it to Books, so you get value from a license you are funding either way.
Get startedWhether you are taking your first online payment or inheriting pages somebody else built, the sequence is the same.
We start with a consultation about what you sell, whether it is one-time or recurring, and how you want the money to arrive. Then we look at your current gateway, your accounting setup, and what your customers expect at the point of payment.
Get startedWe connect and verify your payment gateway, set up the products, amounts, currencies, and any coupons, then wire Checkout into Zoho Books and CRM. Every page gets a real test transaction on a phone and a desktop before it goes anywhere near a customer.
Get startedWe publish your pages, embed them where they need to live, and set the recurring plans running. From there it stays managed.

See all Zoho servicesManaged Zoho Checkout is a service where we run your payment page setup for you on a flat monthly plan. That covers building and branding the pages, connecting and testing your payment gateways, configuring recurring plans, syncing payments into Zoho Books and CRM, and reviewing reconciliation on a regular cycle. You keep the Zoho subscription in your own name. We handle the configuration, the testing, and the ongoing changes as your offers change.
Zoho Checkout lets you collect one-time and recurring payments through hosted payment pages, without building a full ecommerce store. You create a page for a product, service, deposit, or donation, share the link or embed it on your site, and the customer pays through your connected gateway. It handles the payment form, the receipt, and the recurring schedule. It does not manage inventory or a shopping cart, which is where Zoho Commerce takes over.
Zoho Checkout is built around payment pages you send people to. Zoho Billing is a full subscription management platform with dunning, revenue recognition, complex proration, and usage-based pricing. If you sell a handful of plans or one-off items and want people to pay quickly, Checkout is usually enough. If your billing logic is complicated or your subscription base is large, Billing is the better fit. We manage both and will tell you honestly which one your situation needs.
No, Checkout works on its own. But payments that never reach your accounting system create manual work every month, so we normally recommend connecting the two. With the sync in place, a payment lands against the right customer and account automatically, and your bookkeeper reconciles rather than rekeys. If you use a different accounting platform we look at what integration path exists and build the connection where one does not.
Zoho Checkout connects to a range of providers including Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay, and several regional gateways, though the exact list depends on your country. We check which ones are available where you operate, compare the fee structures, and set up the one that fits how you sell. If you already have a gateway account we connect that rather than pushing you to open a new one.
Most accounts have a working, tested payment page live within two to three weeks. The first week goes on understanding what you sell and how you want to be paid, then gateway connection and verification, which depends partly on how quickly your provider approves the account. Building and testing the pages comes after that. Migrating an existing set of recurring subscriptions from another platform takes longer and gets scoped separately.
We talk about it before you hit the limit rather than after. Some businesses genuinely need more pages, in which case we adjust the plan. Often the better answer is consolidating, because a page with a customer-set amount or a product selector can replace several near-identical pages and is easier to maintain. We will tell you which of the two applies to your setup.
Yes. We configure recurring payment pages with the intervals, trials, and renewal timing you sell, then set the retry schedule and customer notifications for failed charges. Cards expire constantly and a payment that fails without a retry rule turns into a cancellation nobody chose. Getting the retry logic right recovers a meaningful share of that revenue with no extra effort from you.
Yes, and we recommend it. When a payment posts against a contact or deal in CRM, your sales team can see who paid and when without opening a billing tool. That matters most for renewals and upsells, where knowing a customer’s payment history changes the conversation. We set up the sync and check the field mapping so records match rather than duplicating.
Zoho hosts the payment page and the card details go to your gateway, so your website never handles raw card data. That removes most of the PCI burden from you, though your own compliance obligations still depend on your business and your gateway agreement. We configure the setup so card data stays with the providers built to hold it, and we will not build anything that routes card details through systems that should not see them.
Yes. Payment pages can carry your logo, colors, and custom domain, depending on your Zoho Checkout plan tier. A payment page that looks like your site rather than a generic form measurably reduces abandonment, because people hesitate when the checkout step looks like it belongs to somebody else. We set this up as part of the initial build.
That is common and usually fixable. Zoho Checkout has an API and webhook support, and Deluge covers the logic in between. We have built custom post-payment workflows, connections to systems Zoho does not natively support, and reporting pulled into tools outside the Zoho suite. If something genuinely cannot be done we say so early rather than billing you to discover it.
Yes. We audit what you already have, test the live pages, check the gateway configuration and the accounting sync, and tell you what is worth keeping. A rebuild is easier for us to quote and often unnecessary for you. If your pages work and just need tidying and monitoring, that is what we will recommend, and you will get the reasoning rather than a proposal.
If you run more than three or four Zoho apps, very likely yes. Managed Zoho One covers every app under one monthly plan and works out cheaper than stacking individual app subscriptions, which is where most growing teams end up. Checkout on its own makes sense when payments are the only Zoho app you need managed. We flag the crossover point when we see you approaching it rather than letting you overpay quietly.
We’d love to hear from you!
