Managed Zoho Commerce

Zoho Commerce for Storefronts, Catalogs and Payments

Zoho Commerce can run your entire online store, once someone builds the storefront, structures the catalog, and connects it to the accounting and inventory your business already runs on. That part is a job.

With Cascadia you get

  • Stock that matches the shelf
  • Catalogs people can actually search
  • API work where connectors stop
  • Built around how you sell
  • Your store, your order history
  • Order volume watched before fees bite

Why teams choose our Zoho Commerce service

Stock that matches the shelf

Overselling is how a good day turns into an apology. We keep the storefront catalog in step with Zoho Inventory, so the quantity a shopper sees is the quantity you can actually ship, and a sell out pulls the listing instead of taking the order anyway.

Catalogs people can actually search

A store with four thousand products and no filters is the same as a store with none, because nobody finds the right one. We build collections, tags, and filter attributes around the way your customers shop, set naming rules that survive contact with reality, and retire dead listings instead of letting them pile up.

API work where connectors stop

The built-in integrations cover common setups well. The awkward cases need more: a feed from a supplier catalog Zoho has never heard of, a pricing rule the platform does not support, or an order pushed into an ERP the moment it ships.

Managed Zoho Commerce compared with a one-off store build

A build shop can launch a Zoho Commerce store, load your catalog, and hand you a login. Keeping stock accurate, gateways working, and shipping rates honest as your product line changes is a different job, and it is the one that decides whether the store is still making money a year from now.

What to compareHow Cascadia handles it
Getting the next change madeUnder a subscription, you tell us what you need and we do it.
Orders that never reach your booksWe connect Commerce to Zoho Books and Inventory so an order posts as an invoice and a stock movement the moment it is placed, and the numbers reconcile themselves.
Inheriting a store that is a messWe audit what exists, check your catalog structure, tax rules, and gateway health first, and tell you honestly which parts are worth keeping and which should be rebuilt clean.
What happens when a gateway failsWe monitor checkout and gateway health so a failure surfaces in hours and gets fixed, rather than being discovered when you finally compare this month’s orders against last month’s.
Growing into the rest of ZohoWe manage the wider Zoho ecosystem, so when your conversion problem is really an inventory data problem, we say so, and we flag when Zoho One costs less than adding apps one by one.
What it costs next monthA flat monthly rate makes the cost predictable and puts the incentive on us to keep your store selling rather than to accumulate billable hours.

Who our managed Zoho Commerce service fits best

Businesses already running Zoho Books or Inventory

When Books holds the invoices, Inventory holds the stock, and your store sits on a separate platform, somebody reconciles the difference every month. We connect Commerce into the apps you already run, so an order becomes an invoice and a stock movement without anybody retyping it.

Get started

Sellers still taking orders by phone and email

Manual order taking works right up until it does not, and then a price is wrong or the item was already sold. We move that into a storefront where stock, pricing, and tax get calculated the same way every time, and the order lands in your system already complete.

Get started

Zoho One customers still paying for Shopify

Zoho One includes Commerce, and plenty of companies pay Shopify every month while already funding it. We build the store on what you own, migrate the catalog and the order history, and connect it to Books and CRM, so you stop funding two platforms that do the same job.

Ready to get more out of Zoho Commerce?

Whether you are starting with no store at all or migrating one somebody else built, the sequence is the same.

How our managed Zoho Commerce service works

1. We map what you sell and ship

We start with a consultation about your product range, how you price it, who you sell to, and what happens after an order is placed. Then we look at your existing product data and your fulfillment steps.

Get started

2. We build the storefront and the catalog

We build the store pages, load the catalog with variants and images, set collections and filters, then configure payments, shipping zones, and tax rules. Books, Inventory, and CRM get connected at this stage too, because retrofitting accounting onto a live store is far harder than starting with it.

Get started

3. We launch, monitor, and maintain

We run live test orders, take the store public, and keep it running from there. Stock stays in step with Inventory, gateways get watched so a failure is loud rather than silent, promotions get built when you need them, and new products and sales channels get added as your range grows.

Answers to common managed Zoho Commerce questions

Weighing us against another option? Our comparisons take the main ones in turn.

See the comparisons
What is Zoho Commerce?

Zoho Commerce is Zoho’s ecommerce platform for building and running an online store. It covers the storefront builder, product catalog, cart and checkout, payment gateways, shipping, and order management in one product, and it connects directly to Zoho Books, Inventory, and CRM. It is also included in Zoho One, which is why a lot of companies already own it without having launched a store on it.

What does your managed Zoho Commerce service include?

We build the store and then run it. That covers theme and page setup, catalog and variant structure, payment gateways, shipping and tax rules, checkout configuration, and the connections into Books, Inventory, and CRM. After launch we handle catalog changes, promotions, monitoring, and the ongoing administration at a flat monthly rate, so the store keeps working without you hiring someone to look after it.

Is Zoho Commerce included in Zoho One?

Yes. Zoho Commerce is part of the Zoho One suite, so if you already pay for Zoho One you can launch a store without adding another subscription. Plenty of companies pay Shopify every month while already funding Commerce inside Zoho One and never realizing it. We check what your current Zoho plan already covers before recommending you buy anything else.

How does Zoho Commerce compare to Shopify?

Shopify has a larger app ecosystem and more third party themes. Zoho Commerce wins when the rest of your business already runs on Zoho, because orders, inventory, accounting, and customer records connect natively instead of through paid connectors. If you are on Zoho One, Commerce is also already paid for. If your store depends on a specific Shopify app with no Zoho equivalent, we will tell you that rather than talk you into a move.

Can you migrate my store from Shopify or WooCommerce?

Yes. We move products, variants, images, customers, and order history, then map your existing URLs to the new structure and put redirects in place before the old store goes offline. That last step is what protects the search rankings you already have, and it is the one most migrations skip. Larger migrations get scoped separately so your monthly cost stays predictable.

Does Zoho Commerce connect to Zoho Books and Inventory?

Yes, and this is the main reason to choose it. Orders post to Zoho Books as invoices and to Zoho Inventory as stock movements, so your storefront, your accounting, and your stock counts stay in step. We configure the mapping, including tax codes and item matching, because the default connection rarely lines up with how a real business has its chart of accounts arranged.

Can Zoho Commerce sync with Zoho CRM?

Yes. Customers and orders flow into CRM so your sales team sees purchase history alongside the pipeline, and Campaigns can segment on what someone actually bought rather than what they browsed. We set up the field mapping and the deduplication rules, so you do not end up with three contact records for the same buyer and a segment that double counts them.

Which payment gateways can I use?

Zoho Commerce supports the major gateways including Stripe, PayPal, and Authorize.Net, plus several regional providers, and the list available to you depends on where your business is registered. We connect the ones you want, run live test transactions, and confirm refunds work before launch. If you need a gateway Zoho does not support natively, we look at whether the API can bridge it.

Can you customize the checkout?

Within what the platform allows, yes. We trim the fields to what you actually need, enable guest checkout, add custom fields your fulfillment process depends on, and cut the number of steps between cart and payment. Zoho Commerce does not offer unlimited checkout templating, so we will be straight with you about where the limit sits before you plan a process around it.

Do I own the store and the Zoho account?

Yes. Everything we build lives inside your own Zoho account, under your ownership. If you ever change providers, the store, the catalog, the order history, and the integrations stay exactly where they are. Nothing sits in an agency account, so there is no export to negotiate, no credentials to chase, and no leverage held over you.

What happens if I go over 1,000 products or 3 sales channels?

We flag it before it becomes a problem and quote the change, rather than letting it surprise you on an invoice. Most stores that outgrow the allowance are also good candidates for the Zoho One bundle, which covers every Zoho app under a single monthly plan. We would rather move you onto the right plan than quietly bill you more each month.

How long does it take to launch a store?

A straightforward store with a clean catalog usually goes live in four to six weeks. Migrations, large catalogs, and custom integrations take longer, and the extra time is almost always product data cleanup rather than build work. We give you a schedule after the first consultation, once we have seen your product data and know what shape it is in.

Do you handle SEO for the store?

We set the technical foundations: product and category metadata, structured data, clean URLs, sitemaps, and analytics tracking. That is what makes a store crawlable and measurable from day one. Ongoing content and link building is a separate engagement, and we will say so rather than imply that a technically sound store will rank on its own.

What if something breaks outside business hours?

Checkout availability and payment gateway health are monitored, so we usually find out before a customer emails you. Anything that stops orders getting through is treated as urgent. Routine requests, catalog changes, and new promotions run on normal business hours, and you can reach us by phone, SMS, or email using the details on this page.
