Your counsel owns the language
We are not attorneys and we will never pretend otherwise. Your lawyer decides what the clauses say and where the fallback positions sit.
Managed Zoho Contracts
Zoho Contracts can hold every agreement your company signs, once someone builds the templates, loads the approved clauses, and routes the approvals the way your business actually works. That part is a job.
With Cascadia you get
We are not attorneys and we will never pretend otherwise. Your lawyer decides what the clauses say and where the fallback positions sit.
A clause library is only useful while it reflects current advice. When your counsel changes a position, or a regulation shifts what you are allowed to agree to, we update the library and every template that draws on it.
The built-in integrations cover common setups well. The awkward cases need more: pushing executed contract data into a finance system Zoho has never heard of, pulling counterparty records out of your own database, or starting a downstream process the moment an agreement goes live.
What you get
All 20 of these come with Managed Zoho Contracts, set up and looked after by our team.
Tell us how your team uses Zoho Contracts and we will take it from there.
A consultant can switch Contracts on, load a few templates, and run one training session. Keeping the clause library current, the approvals routed correctly, and the renewal dates watched as your business changes is a different job, and it is the one that decides whether the system is still trusted a year from now.
| What to compare | How Cascadia handles it |
|---|---|
| Getting the next change made | Under a subscription, you tell us what you need and we do it. |
| Contracts your CRM never sees | We connect Contracts to Zoho CRM so a request starts inside the deal it belongs to and its status stays visible there, which removes the thread nobody wants to chase. |
| Inheriting a repository that is a mess | We audit what exists, check your contract types and key dates first, and tell you honestly which templates are worth keeping and which should be rebuilt clean. |
| Renewals nobody is watching | We keep the expiry and renewal alerts configured and routed to the account owner, so an agreement you meant to renegotiate gets a decision from you instead of extending itself for another year. |
| Growing into the rest of Zoho | We manage the wider Zoho ecosystem, so when your approval bottleneck is really a CRM data problem, we say so, and we flag when Zoho One costs less than adding apps one by one. |
| What it costs next month | A flat monthly rate makes the cost predictable and puts the incentive on us to keep your contract process moving rather than to accumulate billable hours. |

When a standard NDA takes four days because it sits in a queue behind real negotiation, deals slow down for no good reason. We build your ordinary agreements as templates with approved language and light routing, so the routine ones move quickly and legal keeps its attention for the ones that matter.
Get startedFolders full of signed PDFs tell you almost nothing. You cannot report on value under contract, you cannot see what expires next quarter, and finding the executed version takes an email to whoever handled it.
Get startedZoho One includes Contracts, and plenty of companies pay for it while paying another contract platform on top. We set Contracts up against the agreements you already sign and connect it to your CRM, so you stop funding two systems that do the same job.
Get startedWhether you are starting from nothing or inheriting a drive full of signed PDFs, the sequence is the same.
We start with a consultation about what you sign, how often, who approves it today, and where the delays actually happen. Then we look at the contract types you need and the fields each one carries.
Get startedWe create the contract types and templates, load the clause library with the approved language and fallback positions your counsel gives us, and build approval routing against your real thresholds. Zoho Sign gets configured here too, with signature fields placed inside the templates rather than dragged on by hand every time.
Get startedWe connect CRM and the rest of your stack, import your historical agreements, then keep it running from there. Templates get updated when your counsel changes a position, obligation and renewal alerts get watched, counterparty records get cleaned, and new contract types get built as your business picks up new kinds of work.

See the comparisonsManaged Zoho Contracts is an ongoing subscription where we run your contract lifecycle system for you. That covers your template and clause library, contract types and intake forms, approval routing, Zoho Sign configuration, obligation and renewal tracking, integrations with your other Zoho apps, and the access control and reporting work underneath it. Instead of asking whoever has time to configure a legal system, you have a team already inside your account handling it month to month.
Yes. You keep your own Zoho Contracts subscription and own the account, the templates, the clause library, and every executed agreement in it. We work in your environment as an administrator. That matters more here than with most apps, because these are legal records. If you ever change providers, nothing sits behind our accounts and there is no export to negotiate. We will also advise on which plan tier fits your volume.
Yes, Zoho Contracts is one of the applications in the Zoho One suite, and a lot of our clients reach it that way rather than buying it standalone. The management work is the same either way. If you already run several Zoho applications, our Zoho One bundle covers the whole ecosystem rather than one app at a time, which usually works out better once you pass two or three apps.
No, and you should be careful with anyone who says otherwise. We are not attorneys and we do not draft or approve contract language. Your counsel decides what the clauses say and which fallback positions are acceptable. Our job is to take those decisions and build them into the system, so the approved language is what your team reaches for by default and anything outside it gets flagged for review.
Signing runs on Zoho Sign, which comes as part of the Contracts subscription rather than as a separate bill. When you subscribe to Contracts, an existing Zoho Sign plan moves across to the matching Contracts tier. We configure the signing order, place signature and initial fields inside your templates, set reminders for signers who stall, and make sure the completion certificate is stored with the agreement.
Yes, on the plan tiers that include it. Your sales team raises a contract request from inside a deal and follows its status without leaving CRM, which removes the email thread that usually sits between sales and legal. We configure the connection, map account and contact data so nobody retypes it, and decide which deal stages are allowed to trigger a request.
Yes. Historical agreements get imported, tagged by contract type, and given their real key dates so renewals and obligations start tracking from day one. A repository that only holds contracts signed after go-live tells you very little. The import runs as a scoped project alongside the subscription, because the effort depends entirely on how many agreements you have and what condition the records are in.
The template is the shape of the agreement and the clause library is the approved language that fills it. We build your common templates from agreements you already sign, then load the clauses your counsel has approved along with the fallback positions they will accept under pressure. A new contract then starts from approved language, and any deviation is visible instead of buried in a paragraph.
We map your real sign-off rules and build them into the workflow. Routing can depend on contract value, contract type, term length, or how far the language has moved from your approved fallbacks. A standard renewal under a threshold can clear without a committee, while an unusual liability clause always reaches the person who should see it. Reporting then shows you which step is slowing things down.
Both get configured rather than remembered. Obligations are recorded against each contract with an owner and a due date, so the reminder reaches whoever has to deliver instead of a legal inbox. Renewal and notice period alerts fire far enough ahead that you still have a decision to make. An auto renewal you meant to cancel is one of the more expensive things a business quietly misses.
We set roles so people see what their work requires and nothing more. A sales rep can raise requests and follow their own deals, legal can edit language, and acquisition or compensation terms stay restricted to the people who negotiated them. On top of that we configure the audit trail and the exports your auditors ask for, so proving who approved which version takes a report rather than a week.
A consultant suits a project with a defined start and end. Contract management is not that. Templates go stale, counterparty records drift, approval thresholds change with your revenue, and renewal dates keep arriving. Each of those becomes a small negotiation when you bill by the hour. A subscription removes that friction, so small changes do not need a quote and we keep context between requests instead of relearning your business.
Most teams are running on a managed Zoho Contracts within three to four weeks. Week one covers access, a review of the agreements you sign today, and contract types. Week two is templates and the clause library with your counsel. Week three covers approval routing and Zoho Sign. Week four is integrations and rollout. A bulk import of historical agreements runs alongside and takes longer.
The subscription is monthly with no long-term commitment, and everything we build lives in your own Zoho account, so you keep it either way. Start with a consultation. We look at the agreements you sign, your volume, who approves what today, and what needs to connect to Contracts, then confirm whether the standard plan covers it. If your requirements are bigger, we will say so and quote the work.
We’d love to hear from you!
