A Salesforce Alternative For The Team That Just Outgrew Starter Suite
Salesforce Starter Suite is twenty five dollars a user and it stops at ten users. The eleventh person does not cost twenty five dollars. They cost a move up to Pro Suite at one hundred a seat, applied to everybody.
With Cascadia you get
- Your sales process leads
- Configuration that keeps up
- API work where connectors stop
- Adoption over feature count
- Your account, your data
- Licensing watched before it bites
The short version
Why teams pick Cascadia over Salesforce
We are for the case where the problem is the shape of the pipeline and who maintains it, not the ceiling of the software.
What you get here
- The monthly figure does not move when you hire your eleventh person
- Configuration, automation and reporting shaped around how your deals actually move
- Migration and configuration inside the monthly fee rather than a separate engagement
- Somebody outside your sales team owning the build and the upkeep of it
- A named team that already knows your configuration when something needs changing
- The person who built your automation is the person who answers about it later
- One monthly invoice, with no seat arithmetic and no separately priced add ons
- The wiring into your accounting and support tools done as part of the service
What ships in the standard plan here
A very large and genuinely powerful platform, priced per seat, with a ten user ceiling on the entry tier and the configuration work left with you.

- Being told plainly that Starter Suite is the right answer for a team of eight
- Room to grow past ten people without every existing seat repricing
Where the seat ladder stops describing the work
Zoho CRM shaped around the way your deals actually move, built, migrated and maintained by us, at one flat monthly figure that does not change when you hire.
One figure covering the design, the migration and the eleventh hire
Implementation, configuration, customization, integration and the ongoing work all sit inside the same seven hundred. Hiring does not reprice it and neither does growth, up to twenty five people.
One tier, so there is no ceiling to hit and no ladder to climb
Seven hundred a month is the whole of it, up to twenty five users. There is nothing above it we can move you onto, and no cap that forces the move.
The people who built your pipeline are the people who answer about it later
You are not routed to a support queue that has never seen your configuration, and there is no separate success plan to buy for the privilege.
One suite, when the rest of the business already lives in it
Zoho CRM sits alongside Books, Desk, Projects and the rest of the suite, so the accounting and the support desk are wired in rather than integrated after the fact.
Who this comparison is for
Starter Suite is cheap, and for a small team it is the right purchase
Twenty five dollars a user a month, with accounts, contacts, deals, quotes and email built in. Ten people costs two hundred and fifty. That is a third of what we charge, from the largest CRM vendor in the world.
Starter Suite caps at ten users, and the next rung is four times the rate
The cap is a hard limit rather than a nudge. An eleventh person means Pro Suite at one hundred a seat, charged on every seat you already had.
The tiers above Pro Suite are where the platform people picture actually lives
Enterprise is one hundred and seventy five a seat and Unlimited is three hundred and fifty. The deeper automation and forecasting sit up there, alongside add ons priced separately again.
How switching works
- 1
Nothing gets built until we have watched a real deal move end to end
We sit with the people who qualify, quote and close, and we write down what actually happens rather than what the process document says happens.
- 2
Contact and deal history moves across and is reconciled before anyone logs in
Accounts, contacts, open deals, closed history and the notes attached to them. If you are coming off Salesforce the export is clean, which makes this the straightforward part.
- 3
Only the parts of the platform your team will actually use get switched on
Zoho CRM carries far more than most companies need. We enable what your process uses and leave the rest off, because an unused module is a training cost with no return.
- 4
You run a complete cycle in it, including a real quote and a real close
The first month of live use runs with us alongside it. Whatever the sales team trips over gets changed while the memory of tripping is still fresh.

Salesforce alternative questions
Straight answers about switching, pricing, and what moves with you.
See Managed Zoho CRMWhat is a Salesforce alternative?
Anything that holds the deal record and runs the sales process without Salesforce underneath it. On this hub that means Zoho CRM, Pipedrive, HubSpot and Insightly. The useful question is not which one has the most features, because Salesforce wins that. It is which one somebody will still be maintaining properly in eighteen months.
How is Cascadia different from Salesforce?
They sell a license priced per seat and leave the build to you or to a partner you engage separately. We sell the build and the upkeep at a flat monthly rate, on Zoho CRM. Salesforce is a software company. We are the people who make the software match the business.
Is Salesforce cheaper than this?
Under ten people, yes, and by a wide margin. Starter Suite at ten users is two hundred and fifty against our seven hundred. We are not going to argue that away. Past ten users the arithmetic reverses, because Pro Suite at eleven seats is eleven hundred a month and none of it includes anybody to configure the thing.
What is not included in the seven hundred?
Your Zoho licenses, which Zoho bills to you directly at their published rate. We take no margin on them and never have. Everything else, meaning the design, the migration, the customization, the integrations and the ongoing work, sits inside the seven hundred.
Why not just buy Starter Suite and run it ourselves?
If you are under ten people with a process that already works, do exactly that. It is a real product from a serious company and it will hold your deals fine. Come back when the eleventh hire reprices the whole team, or when it becomes clear nobody has looked at the configuration in a year.
Should we buy this at all?
Often not, and it is far cheaper to establish that now than after a migration. If the pipeline is straightforward, the team is small, and somebody on staff enjoys keeping the CRM tidy, you do not need us.
Do we have to migrate everything at once?
No. Accounts, contacts and open deals usually go first, because that is what the team needs on day one. Closed history and the older attachments follow once the live pipeline has settled.
Does anything break while you take over?
Nothing on your side goes dark and nobody stops selling. Your existing system stays live until the new one has run a full cycle, and the cutover happens when the sales team says it is ready rather than when a plan says so.
What if we already run Salesforce and want to move?
That is a common way people arrive here, and the export is not the hard part. Salesforce data comes out cleanly. The work is deciding which of the customizations were genuinely load bearing and which were somebody a few years ago having an idea that nobody has used since.
Do you own the system or the data?
No to both, and the arrangement is deliberately boring. The Zoho account is in your name, the licenses are billed to you, and the data is yours. If we part company you keep the system exactly as it stands.
What exactly is included?
One flat figure with no meter behind it. Seven hundred a month covers the process review, the build, the migration, the integrations, the changes as the business moves, and a monthly report on what actually happened.
Do you guarantee the implementation will go to plan?
No, and treat anybody who does with suspicion. A migration meets whatever is actually in the old system rather than what people believe is in it. What we will commit to is that the surprises get worked through inside the monthly fee instead of arriving as a change order.
What does the monthly report actually contain?
What changed in the system, what we built or configured, what is queued next, and where the pipeline data suggests the process is leaking. It is written to be read by whoever runs sales, not by an engineer.
How long before we see a difference?
Four to eight weeks to a first complete cycle in most cases. Longer where several years of history have to be reconciled before anybody is willing to trust a forecast built on top of it.
What if we want to leave?
Thirty days’ notice ends it and nothing is stranded. The Zoho account is already yours, the licenses are already billed to you, and the configuration stays exactly where it is.
