We write the content
The platform is the easy part. Somebody still has to sit with your team, learn the process, and write every step.
Managed Zoho DAP
Your team was trained on Zoho once, probably months ago, and most of it did not stick. Zoho DAP fixes that by putting the guidance inside the app: walkthroughs on the screen where the work happens, hints on the fields people get wrong, and checklists that finish themselves as real tasks get done.
With Cascadia you get
The platform is the easy part. Somebody still has to sit with your team, learn the process, and write every step.
A walkthrough pointing at a button that moved is worse than nothing, because the next time someone gets stuck they will not bother opening it. We check your flows against Zoho releases and against your own configuration changes, then rebuild whatever broke before your team runs into it.
DAP records where people abandon a flow, but a dashboard nobody opens changes nothing. Every month we go through the completion data, find the steps where users drop out, and rewrite them.
What you get
All 20 of these come with Managed Zoho DAP, set up and looked after by our team.
Tell us how your team uses Zoho DAP and we will take it from there.
Anyone can record a set of walkthroughs once. Keeping them accurate as Zoho ships releases, as your configuration changes, and as your processes shift is a different job, and it is the one that decides whether your team still trusts the guidance a year from now.
| What to compare | How Cascadia handles it |
|---|---|
| Getting the next flow built | Under a subscription, you tell us what your team is struggling with and we build it. |
| Content that ages badly | We review your flows against every Zoho release and against every change you make, so the guidance still matches the screen your team is actually looking at. |
| Inheriting flows somebody else made | We audit what exists, check which flows your team still completes, and tell you honestly which are worth keeping and which should be rewritten clean. |
| Analytics nobody looks at | We go through it every month, find the steps where users abandon a flow, and rewrite those steps, so your adoption numbers actually move instead of just sitting there available to anyone curious. |
| Growing into the rest of Zoho | We manage the wider Zoho ecosystem, so when your adoption problem is really a CRM configuration problem, we say so, and we flag when Zoho One costs less than adding apps one by one. |
| What it costs next month | A flat monthly rate makes the cost predictable and puts the incentive on us to keep your team using the system rather than to accumulate billable hours. |

When hiring is steady, training turns into a tax somebody pays over and over. Role-based guidance means a new sales hire, a new support agent, and a new bookkeeper each get what their job needs on day one, without pulling your best person out of their week to explain it again.
Get startedA launch email and one training call is how most rollouts quietly fail. We build the walkthroughs alongside the new module, so people get guided through the change on the screen where it happens and adoption stops depending on who read the announcement.
Get startedIf your team has invented a faster way that skips half your fields, your reporting is already wrong. Guidance at the moment of the task pulls people back onto the process you designed, and the analytics show you exactly where they were leaving it.
Get startedWhether you are rolling Zoho out for the first time or trying to rescue an environment your team avoids, the sequence is the same.
We start with the evidence you already have: the questions your team keeps asking, your support tickets, and any adoption data Zoho is already collecting. Then we sit with the people doing the work and watch where they hesitate.
Get startedWe author the flows on your real screens, place smart tips on the fields that cause the most confusion, record interactive videos where practice beats reading, and organize the help hub so each module holds what belongs in it. You review everything before it goes live, because your team has to recognize the language.
Get startedWe deploy to your team, segment the guidance so veterans are not prompted through work they already know, and then start reading the analytics. Every month we look at where people abandon a flow and rewrite those steps.

See all Zoho servicesManaged Zoho DAP is an ongoing subscription where we run your Zoho Digital Adoption Platform for you. That covers the in-app walkthroughs, smart tips, and task lists your team sees, the interactive videos and help hub content behind them, the analytics that show what is working, and the segmentation deciding who sees what. Instead of buying an adoption tool and hoping somebody finds time to build content for it, you have a team already inside your account producing that content month to month.
A digital adoption platform is a guidance layer that sits on top of software your team already uses. Rather than training people before they start and hoping it sticks, it teaches them while they work: step by step walkthroughs on the real screen, hints on confusing fields, checklists that complete as tasks get done. Zoho DAP is Zoho’s version, built to run inside Zoho apps and, through a browser extension, inside other web applications too.
Yes. You keep your own Zoho subscription and own the account, along with every walkthrough, video, and help article we build in it. We work inside your environment as administrators. If you ever move to another provider, nothing sits behind our accounts and there is no export to negotiate. We will also advise on which plan tier fits your user count and content volume as you grow.
Yes, through the DAP browser extension. The same guidance layer can run on other web applications your team uses, which matters because almost no business process lives entirely inside one vendor’s software. Your team might start a task in Zoho CRM and finish it in a payroll portal or a bank interface. We can build the walkthrough across that whole path instead of stopping at the Zoho boundary.
Training asks people to memorize a process in a room and then apply it weeks later, which is why most of it evaporates. Guidance appears at the moment of the task, on the screen where the work happens. It also does not expire when the person who ran the session leaves, and it does not need rescheduling every time you hire someone. The content works the same on a new hire’s first day as on their hundredth.
We usually have your first walkthroughs live within two to three weeks. The first week goes to mapping which processes cause the most friction, using your support tickets and any analytics you already have. The next stretch is building and testing those flows. We start narrow on purpose. A handful of walkthroughs your team actually uses beats forty that nobody opens, and the early data tells us what to build next.
We do. That is most of what you are paying for. We work through your processes with whoever owns them, document the internal rules that live in people’s heads rather than in any manual, and write the guidance in language your team recognizes. You review before anything goes live. If you would rather build some content yourselves, we will train your admin on the authoring tools and set the standards.
DAP tracks flow starts, completions, and the exact step where people abandon a walkthrough. We turn that into reporting on which processes are being followed, which teams are lagging, and where content is failing. The pattern we watch for is a drop-off cluster at one step, which almost always means that step is written badly or the process itself is harder than anyone admitted.
Yes. Many clients want an internal admin who can add a quick tooltip without waiting on us. We train that person on the authoring tools and leave written standards covering naming, tone, and when a flow should be a flow versus a smart tip. That way the content your team adds later matches what we built, and your help hub stays coherent instead of becoming a mixed bag.
DAP is built to run across Zoho applications, so CRM, Desk, Books, People, Projects, Recruit, and the rest are all reasonable targets. In practice we start with the apps where your team spends the most time and where mistakes cost the most, which is usually CRM and whichever finance or support tool you run. We expand coverage from there as the early content proves itself.
No. DAP overlays guidance on the interface, it does not modify your configuration, your data, or your workflows. Nothing we build in DAP can alter a record. If you turn the guidance off tomorrow, your Zoho environment is exactly as it was. That separation is useful, because it means we can iterate on content aggressively without any risk to the systems your business runs on.
Guidance that points at a button which has moved is worse than no guidance, so this matters. We review your flows against Zoho releases and against configuration changes made on your side, then rebuild the steps that broke. This is part of the subscription rather than an extra. It is also the reason a do it yourself adoption program tends to work well for one quarter and then quietly rot.
Yes. If you run several Zoho applications, or you are on Zoho One, our Managed Zoho One plan covers your whole environment under one flat monthly fee instead of stacking individual app plans. That includes the DAP work described here alongside administration for every other app you run. Most clients on three or more managed apps find the bundle costs less than the separate plans.
We’d love to hear from you!
