We watch every run
A pipeline is not finished when it works once. Jobs fail for boring reasons: a credential expires, a source goes offline, a file arrives malformed.
Managed Zoho DataPrep
Most reporting problems are not reporting problems. The dashboard is fine. Managed Zoho DataPrep puts the pipeline builds, the run monitoring and a monthly data quality review in one place we run for you.
With Cascadia you get
A pipeline is not finished when it works once. Jobs fail for boring reasons: a credential expires, a source goes offline, a file arrives malformed.
Somebody renames a field in CRM and your pipeline keeps running, quietly producing wrong output. That is the failure mode nobody plans for, because nothing errors.
DataPrep profiles every column it touches, but a profile nobody reads changes nothing. Each month we go through yours, find the fields quietly filling with junk, and tell you whether the fix belongs in the pipeline or upstream in how your team enters records.
What you get
All 26 of these come with Managed Zoho DataPrep, set up and looked after by our team.
Tell us how your team uses Zoho DataPrep and we will take it from there.
Almost every business runs some version of the spreadsheet method: export, clean, paste, repeat. It works until the person who knows the steps takes a week off, or the volume outgrows what a sheet can hold.
| What to compare | How Cascadia handles it |
|---|---|
| Getting the next pipeline built | Under a subscription you tell us what the report needs and we adjust the pipeline. |
| Pipelines that break silently | We monitor for those changes and rebuild the affected steps, so the numbers still mean what they meant last quarter. |
| Inheriting pipelines somebody else built | We audit what exists, check which pipelines still run clean, and tell you honestly which are worth keeping and which should be rewritten from scratch. |
| Run history nobody reads | We go through yours every month, find the jobs failing quietly and the fields filling with junk, and fix them, rather than leaving the information available to anyone curious. |
| Growing into the rest of Zoho | We manage the wider Zoho ecosystem, so when your data problem is really a CRM configuration problem, we say so, and we flag when Zoho One costs less than adding apps one by one. |
| What it costs next month | A flat monthly rate makes the cost predictable and puts the incentive on us to keep your data clean rather than to accumulate billable hours. |

If your monthly numbers start with an export and an hour of find and replace, that hour is a recurring cost nobody has priced. We move those steps into a pipeline that runs on a schedule, so the report starts from data that is already correct.
Get startedA migration is where bad data becomes permanent. We profile what you have, build the deduplication and standardization rules, and run your history through the same pipeline as your live feed, so what lands in Zoho is clean rather than whatever the old system held.
Get startedA dashboard is only as good as the table underneath it, and most of the frustration people blame on Zoho Analytics is really a source data problem. We shape the datasets specifically for how Analytics wants to read them, so reports stop needing workarounds.
Get startedWhether you are standing up reporting for the first time or trying to trust numbers you already have, the sequence is the same.
We start at both ends: what data you have and where it lives, and what your reports actually need to answer. The gap between the two is where the work sits.
Get startedWe set up the source connections, write the transform rules that clean and reshape the records, build the joins across systems, and configure where the output lands. Then we run it against real data and check the result with you, because your team has to recognize the numbers before anything goes on a schedule.
Get startedThe pipeline goes on the schedule your business works to, and we start watching the runs. Failures get caught and fixed, schema changes get repaired, and data quality gets reviewed each month.

See all Zoho servicesManaged Zoho DataPrep is a subscription service where we run the data preparation layer of your Zoho environment for you. We design and build the pipelines that pull from your sources, write the transform rules that clean and reshape the data, set the schedules, watch for failed runs, and fix things when a source changes underneath you. You get prepared, trustworthy datasets landing where your reporting needs them, without anyone on your team learning the tool.
Zoho DataPrep is Zoho’s data preparation and ETL tool. It connects to your data sources, whether that is a Zoho app, a database, a cloud storage bucket, or a file drop, then lets you clean, deduplicate, join, and reshape that data before sending it somewhere useful. Most teams use it to feed Zoho Analytics with clean tables, to migrate data into Zoho during an implementation, or to keep two systems in agreement on a schedule.
Yes. Zoho DataPrep is part of the Zoho One suite, and it is also bundled with Zoho Analytics subscriptions. If you already pay for either, you likely have access to it and may not be using it. That is worth checking before you buy anything new. If you are running several Zoho apps and paying for them separately, our Managed Zoho One plan usually costs less than stacking individual app subscriptions.
No. Our fee covers our work, not your Zoho subscription. Your DataPrep license lives in your own Zoho account under your ownership, which matters if you ever change providers, because every pipeline, transform rule, and run history stays exactly where it is. We advise on which plan fits your row volume and flag when you are approaching a limit, but the subscription remains yours.
DataPrep connects to your Zoho applications, to files and cloud storage such as Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, and S3, to common databases, and to feeds you can expose over an API or a scheduled file drop. During the first conversation we go through what you actually run and confirm what is reachable, because there is no point planning a pipeline around a system that will not give up its data cleanly.
Yes, and it is one of the more common reasons people call. We pull your existing records out, profile them to see what is really in each field, build the deduplication and standardization rules, then write the corrected data back. Large historical cleanups run as a scoped project rather than inside the monthly subscription, because the work is front-loaded and finite, unlike ongoing pipeline management.
A spreadsheet export is a snapshot that somebody has to repeat, and the cleanup steps live in that person’s head. If they are out, the report does not happen. A pipeline does the same work identically every run, on a schedule, with a record of what it did. It also scales past the point where a spreadsheet gets slow, which most growing businesses reach sooner than they expect.
We find out before you do. We watch the run history, and when a job fails, whether a source went offline, a credential expired, or a file arrived malformed, we investigate and fix it. Most failures are resolved before anyone notices a dashboard did not update. If a failure needs a decision from you, we come with the diagnosis and a recommendation rather than a question.
That is the single most common way a working pipeline breaks. Somebody renames a field, adds a picklist value, or restructures a module, and the pipeline keeps running while quietly producing wrong output. We monitor for schema changes and rebuild the affected transform steps, usually before the bad numbers reach a report. This is the part that a one-time build project leaves you to discover on your own.
No, though the two work well together. DataPrep can send prepared data back into your Zoho apps, out to a warehouse, or to cloud storage without Analytics involved. That said, most teams buying data preparation are trying to make reporting trustworthy, and Analytics is where that usually lands. If you are running both, we manage the handoff so your dashboards read clean tables instead of raw source data.
Usually two to three weeks for the first one, depending on how quickly we can get access to your sources and how much agreement exists about what the data should look like. The second and third go faster, because the connections and standards are already in place. We prioritize whichever pipeline removes the most manual work, so you see the benefit before the project feels long.
Yes. We train your internal admin on the transform tools and leave our standards written down, so the pipelines your team adds later match the ones we built rather than becoming a second way of doing things. Some clients want full ownership eventually, others only want to make small changes themselves. Either is fine, and the documentation supports both.
Then a single-app plan is probably not your cheapest option. We manage the wider Zoho ecosystem, which means when your data problem turns out to be a CRM configuration problem, we say so instead of building a pipeline to work around it. Once you are running several apps, our Managed Zoho One plan covers everything under one monthly rate for less than four individual app subscriptions.
We’d love to hear from you!
