Zoho LandingPage for Page Builds, A/B Tests and Lead Routing
Landing pages decide whether your ad spend turns into leads or into traffic that leaves. Managed Zoho LandingPage puts the design, the form, the testing, and the CRM handoff in one place we run for you.
You do not need to fight a page builder or argue with a layout on a Friday afternoon. Tell us the offer, who it is for, and where the traffic comes from, and we build the page, test it, and put it live on your own domain.
Leads land in CRM, not a spreadsheet
A submission sitting in a dashboard is a lead nobody has called. We wire each page to create the CRM record it should, carry the owner, the source, and the campaign along with it, and test the whole path with real entries before you spend money sending traffic to it.
Tests replace opinions about copy
Everyone in the room has a view on the headline. We settle it with a split test that changes one thing at a time and runs until the result means something.

Managed Zoho LandingPage compared with building pages yourself
Publishing one page is easy. Keeping eight of them converting, routing leads correctly, tracking accurately, and matching offers that change every quarter is a different job.
What to compare
How Cascadia handles it
Getting a page changed
Under a subscription you send the change and it goes live within two business days, tested on mobile, with the tracking confirmed as still firing.
Tracking that quietly stops
We verify the tags and the CRM connection after every change rather than waiting for the numbers to look strange.
Pages nobody remembers publishing
We find them, close them, redirect what still gets traffic, and make sure current offers are the only ones a visitor can reach.
Proving which campaign produced the lead
We capture the source, the ad group, and the UTM values at submission and carry them into CRM, so the number is there when somebody asks for it.
Growing into the rest of Zoho
We manage the wider Zoho environment, so when a routing problem is really a CRM or Campaigns problem, we say so, and we flag when Zoho One costs less than adding apps one by one.
What it costs next month
A flat monthly rate makes the cost predictable and puts the incentive on us to keep your pages converting rather than billable.

Who our managed Zoho LandingPage service fits best
Companies capturing leads from paid ads
When Google, Meta, and LinkedIn all point at the same offer, attribution lives or dies on hidden fields nobody set up. We capture the source and UTM values at submission, pass them into CRM, and make the spend measurable against the deals that actually closed.
A page builder plugin, a forms plugin, and a connector all updating on their own schedule is a campaign outage waiting for a Friday. We rebuild the pages in Zoho LandingPage, publish them on your domain, and point the leads at CRM, so the moving parts stop moving.
When every page change needs somebody who can edit code, the changes stop happening and the campaign runs on last quarter’s copy. We take the request directly and make it, so your marketing calendar is not gated behind a development queue nobody controls.
We start by finding every landing page connected to your business, including the campaign from two years ago and the one still linked in an email signature. For each we record where it publishes, where the leads go, what tracking sits on it, and whether anybody still watches the numbers.
We rebuild the pages worth keeping with proper structure, mobile layout, and form logic, then wire each one into CRM, Campaigns, and your ad platforms. We keep the old page live until the replacement is proven, so no lead falls through the gap during the switch.
From there you send us changes and we make them, usually within two business days. We run the tests, watch the conversion numbers, verify the tracking after every edit, and send a monthly summary of traffic, submissions, and what we changed.
Pricing depends on the size of your setup and how much of it you want us to run. Tell us what you have today and we will put a number to it, with no obligation.
Zoho LandingPage is Zoho’s builder for standalone campaign pages, the ones you send paid traffic and email lists to rather than pointing people at your homepage. You build a page around a single offer, capture the lead, and pass it straight into CRM or Campaigns. It handles hosting, custom domains, A/B testing, and conversion reporting without needing a separate marketing tool.
Does Zoho provide landing pages?
Yes, through Zoho LandingPage, which is a dedicated app rather than a feature buried inside another product. You can also build simple pages in Zoho Sites or Zoho Campaigns, but those are built for different jobs. LandingPage is the one designed around conversion, with variant testing and per page reporting built in. We help you pick the right one for what you are actually running.
What does your managed Zoho LandingPage service include?
We design and build the pages, set up the forms and the CRM routing, wire the tracking tags, publish on your domain, run the A/B tests, and send you the conversion numbers. Revisions are part of the subscription, so a new headline or an updated price is a message to us rather than a project. You approve the work, we do it.
Is Zoho LandingPage included in Zoho One?
Yes. Zoho added LandingPage to the Zoho One suite in 2025, so organizations on Zoho One get it without a separate subscription. If you already pay for CRM, Campaigns, Desk, and a couple of others individually, moving to Zoho One is often cheaper than adding LandingPage on top. We run that comparison for you rather than leaving you to work it out.
How is this different from building landing pages in WordPress?
A WordPress page depends on your theme, a page builder plugin, a forms plugin, and something to connect it all to CRM. Every one of those can break independently, usually during a campaign. Zoho LandingPage keeps the page, the form, the test, and the CRM handoff in one system that talks to the rest of your Zoho stack natively. Fewer moving parts means fewer silent failures.
Do I need Zoho CRM to use Zoho LandingPage?
No, but it is where most of the value shows up. Without CRM your submissions still land in LandingPage and can go to Campaigns or an email address. With CRM, each lead arrives with an owner, a source, and the campaign data attached, ready for follow up. If you run CRM already, we wire the routing as part of the build.
Can you publish pages on our own domain?
Yes, and we recommend it. Pages serving from your own domain or a marketing subdomain look like part of your business and keep your tracking consistent. We configure the DNS records, provision the SSL certificate, set any redirects you need, and confirm the page loads securely on desktop and mobile before you point a campaign at it.
How many landing pages does the subscription cover?
Up to 10 active pages at any one time, which suits most companies running a handful of campaigns alongside a few evergreen offers. Retired pages do not count toward that number. If you need more, we adjust the plan rather than nickel and diming individual requests, and we tell you before anything changes on your invoice.
Do you run A/B tests on our pages?
Yes, and we run them properly. We change one thing at a time, let the test collect enough traffic to mean something, then report what won. Headlines, form length, button wording, and layout are the usual candidates. A page with light traffic will not produce a reliable result quickly, and we will tell you that rather than showing you a number built on forty visitors.
How fast can you build a new landing page?
A page using an established template for your brand is usually live within two to three business days once we have the offer and the copy direction. A first page, or one that needs a new template and fresh design work, takes about a week. Revisions to a page already running are typically done within two business days.
Can you migrate our existing landing pages?
Yes. We inventory what you have, whether it lives in WordPress, Unbounce, Instapage, or an old campaign tool, and rebuild the pages worth keeping in Zoho LandingPage. Old URLs get redirected so paid traffic and existing links keep working. We leave the original running until the replacement is proven and converting.
Who owns the pages and the leads?
You do. Everything lives inside your own Zoho subscription under your company name, not behind an agency account. Your pages, your form submissions, your CRM records. If you decide to bring the work in house or move to another provider, there is nothing to negotiate and nothing to export. That is deliberate.
Will landing pages affect our website SEO?
Not if they are set up correctly. Campaign pages built for paid traffic usually should not be indexed at all, and we set that rule per page rather than leaving it to chance. Pages meant to rank get proper titles, meta descriptions, and clean URLs. Duplicate content and orphaned pages competing with your main site are what cause problems, and both are avoidable.
What if we need more than the subscription covers?
We tell you up front and quote it separately. Large one time migrations, custom development, and full brand design work sit outside the monthly rate so your regular cost stays predictable. Everything routine, meaning builds, revisions, tests, integrations, and reporting, is already covered. You will not get a surprise line item for asking us to change a headline.
