We build the journeys
You do not need to learn a journey builder or map a funnel on a whiteboard that nobody implements. Tell us what should happen after somebody raises a hand, and we build it, test every branch with real records, and put it live.
Managed Zoho Marketing Automation
Marketing automation goes wrong quietly. A journey stops firing, a score drifts out of date, and nobody notices until the pipeline looks thin.
With Cascadia you get
You do not need to learn a journey builder or map a funnel on a whiteboard that nobody implements. Tell us what should happen after somebody raises a hand, and we build it, test every branch with real records, and put it live.
A hot lead sitting in a nurture sequence is a lost deal. We set the score and behavior thresholds that trigger the handoff, configure the assignment and the notification, and stop the marketing sends that would talk over an active sales conversation.
Your campaign can be excellent and still land in a spam folder. We authenticate the sending domain, warm it properly, and monitor reputation and placement from there.
What you get
All 26 of these come with Managed Zoho Marketing Automation, set up and looked after by our team.
Tell us how your team uses Zoho Marketing Automation and we will take it from there.
Anybody can send a campaign. Keeping a dozen journeys firing correctly, a scoring model that still reflects who buys, a clean list, an authenticated domain, and a CRM sync that does not silently drift is a different job.
| What to compare | How Cascadia handles it |
|---|---|
| Getting a journey changed | Under a subscription you send the request and it is done within a day or two, tested through every branch, with the CRM mapping updated to match. |
| A CRM sync that quietly drifts | We check the sync in both directions rather than waiting for somebody to notice the lead stages stopped updating, which is usually a month later. |
| Journeys nobody remembers building | We find them, switch them off deliberately, and make sure the journeys still running are the only ones a contact can actually enter. |
| Proving what marketing produced | We capture the source and the UTM values at signup and carry them into CRM and onto the deal, so the number is there when you ask. |
| Growing into the rest of Zoho | We manage the wider Zoho environment, so when a scoring problem is really a CRM data problem, we say so, and we flag when Zoho One costs less than adding apps one by one. |
| What it costs next month | A flat monthly rate makes the cost predictable and puts the incentive on us to keep your program working rather than billable. |

When Google, LinkedIn, and Meta all point at the same landing page, attribution lives or dies on fields nobody set up. We capture source and UTM values at entry, pass them into CRM, and keep them on the record through to the deal, so the spend is measurable against what closed.
Get startedMost migrations stall because nobody wants to rebuild two years of automations. We map what you have, rebuild the journeys and templates properly in Zoho rather than carrying their flaws across, and run both platforms in parallel until the new one is proven.
Get startedWhen every lead arrives looking the same, reps work the loudest one rather than the best one. We build the scoring, the lifecycle stages, and the handoff rules, so the leads that reach a rep have already shown they are worth a call and arrive with the history attached.
Get startedWhether you are starting from nothing or untangling a platform three people have touched, the sequence is the same.
We start by finding every automation, list, template, and integration connected to your marketing, including the journey somebody built for a webinar two years ago that is still sending. For each one we record what triggers it, who receives it, where the data lands, and whether it still serves a purpose.
Get startedWe authenticate your sending domain first, because it takes time to warm. Then we rebuild the journeys worth keeping with proper triggers and exit rules, build the scoring model, and wire the CRM sync in both directions.
Get startedFrom there you send us changes and we make them, usually within a day or two. We watch the sync, the deliverability, and the journey error logs, tune the scoring as you learn which leads convert, and send a monthly summary of what sent, what performed, and what we fixed.

See all Zoho servicesManaged Zoho Marketing Automation is a monthly service where we build and run your marketing automation inside your own Zoho account. That covers the journeys, the lead scoring, the segments, the email and SMS campaigns, the landing pages, the CRM sync, and the reporting. You own the account and the data. We do the building and stay accountable for keeping it working.
Campaigns is an email marketing tool built around sending to lists. Marketing Automation is a lead lifecycle platform: it tracks website behavior, scores leads, runs multi step journeys across email and SMS, hosts landing pages, and syncs deeply with CRM. If you only send newsletters, Campaigns is enough. If you want scoring, behavior triggers, and a real sales handoff, this is the one you want.
No, but most of the value shows up when CRM is connected. Marketing Automation works on its own for capture, segmentation, and sending. The scoring, sales handoff, and revenue attribution all depend on records flowing both directions with CRM. If you run a different CRM we can connect it through Flow or webhooks, though the sync will be less complete than the native one.
Zoho offers a free tier with a small contact limit and a reduced feature set, which is enough to look around but not to run a real program. Journeys, scoring depth, and the higher sending volumes sit on the paid plans. Our service covers the management work regardless of which Zoho plan you are on, and we will tell you when your usage justifies moving up.
Yours. Every journey, list, template, landing page, and contact record sits inside your own Zoho subscription under your company name. Nothing is held in an agency account. If you decide to bring this back in house or move to another partner, there is no export to negotiate and no leverage held over you, because it was always your account.
Most clients have the core running inside three to four weeks. Week one is the audit and the account configuration, including domain authentication, which needs DNS access early because it takes time to propagate and warm. Weeks two and three cover the first journeys, the scoring model, and the CRM sync. More complex programs with many existing journeys take longer, and we tell you that up front.
Yes, and it is a common reason people call. We map your existing lists, segments, automations, and templates, rebuild them properly in Zoho rather than copying their flaws across, and run both systems in parallel until the new one is proven. Contact history and consent records come across so you are not restarting your compliance position from zero.
We build a model that weights who someone is and what they have done. Job title, company size, and industry contribute a fit score. Page visits, email engagement, form submissions, and content downloads contribute a behavior score. Scores decay over time so old activity does not keep a cold lead looking warm. Thresholds get tuned as you see which scores actually turn into deals.
We authenticate your sending domain with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, warm it gradually if it is new, and monitor reputation and placement from there. Bounces, complaints, and unsubscribes are suppressed globally rather than per list. If engagement drops we look at authentication, list quality, and content before blaming the campaign. This is ongoing work, not something finished in week one.
Yes. We set up the messaging channels, build the opt in path that keeps them compliant, and add message steps inside journeys where they lift response. Text works well for time sensitive things like event reminders and abandoned checkouts. We also set frequency limits, because the fastest way to ruin a text channel is to treat it like an email list.
We audit them first. Some are worth keeping, some need rebuilding, and some have been quietly sending to nobody for a year. You get a plain list of what exists, what each one does, and what we recommend for it. Nothing gets switched off without your approval, and we keep a working journey running until its replacement has been tested with real contacts.
You send them to us and we make them, usually within a day or two depending on size. A new email, a segment change, a scoring adjustment, or a landing page tweak are all part of the plan rather than separate quotes. Larger builds, like a full lifecycle program or a migration from another platform, get scoped and agreed before we start.
We’d love to hear from you!
