We turn on eight apps, not fifty
The suite is priced as one bundle, which tempts every new customer into deploying all of it at once. We pick the applications your business genuinely runs on, sequence them, and leave the rest switched off.
Managed Zoho One
Zoho One hands you more than fifty applications on the first day. The businesses that get value from it switch on eight, wire those eight to each other properly, and leave the rest alone.
With Cascadia you get
The suite is priced as one bundle, which tempts every new customer into deploying all of it at once. We pick the applications your business genuinely runs on, sequence them, and leave the rest switched off.
Any administrator can switch on Books and Desk. The value sits in a won deal raising the invoice, that invoice opening the delivery project, and a support agent seeing what the account still owes.
Zoho Directory is the difference between onboarding a new hire in a single action and doing it fifty separate times. We make it the source of truth, wire single sign-on through it, and drive both provisioning and offboarding from one place.
What you get
All 20 of these come with Managed Zoho One, set up and looked after by our team.
Tell us how your team uses Zoho One and we will take it from there.
An implementation partner can switch the suite on, migrate your contacts and run a week of training. Keeping fifty applications aligned as you hire, add an entity and change how you sell is a different job, and it is the one that decides whether the suite is still worth paying for in year two.
| What to compare | How Cascadia handles it |
|---|---|
| Adding the ninth app | We already hold your org, your identity model and your integration map, which makes opening another application a configuration task rather than a new engagement. |
| Records that disagree across apps | We set matching rules where records are created and run scheduled clean-ups, so a report spanning apps returns the same answer twice running. |
| Inheriting a half-finished rollout | We audit what exists, keep the parts that are sound and rebuild only what is genuinely broken. |
| Integrations that break quietly | We monitor the automation, so a silent failure is caught before finance notices the numbers. |
| Knowing when to leave Zoho | |
| What next month costs | One monthly figure covers the ongoing work and takes the negotiation out of routine changes. |

“Cascadia is very responsive and we’re happy with them as our primary IT vendor.”
“They do great work, been using for years. Prompt responses to requests.”
A CRM here, accounting there, a helpdesk somebody signed up for in 2022 and two tools nobody can account for. Each individual bill looks reasonable and the total does not.
Get startedSales chose one system, finance another and operations a third, and none of them share a customer record. What you get is four versions of the truth and a great deal of retyping.
Get startedYou already pay for the whole suite and run CRM, Mail and very little else. This is the most common situation we are called into and the cheapest to fix, because nothing new needs buying.
Get startedWhether you are arriving new to the suite or inheriting an organization somebody half configured, the sequence holds.
We follow a quote, an invoice, a support ticket and a new hire through your business and write down where each one stalls. That produces the shortlist of applications worth deploying and the order to deploy them in.
Get startedIdentity comes first, so Directory, single sign-on and provisioning are configured before anything else. Then we build the applications in your shortlist and the Flow and Deluge automation between them.
Get startedData moves across with owners, dates and attachments intact, and each phase goes live with training for the roles it touches. After that we hold the administrator seat: usage reviews, new automation, user changes, integration monitoring and the reporting your leadership asks for as the questions change.

See all Zoho servicesManaged Zoho One is an ongoing subscription where we run the whole suite for you. That covers deciding which applications you actually turn on, mapping your processes onto them, migrating your data, building the automation between apps, and holding the security model, reporting and administration underneath the lot. Instead of handing one person fifty-odd applications and hoping, you have a team already inside your organization running it month to month.
Yes. You hold your own Zoho One subscription and own the organization, the configuration and every record inside it. We work in your environment as administrators. If you ever move to another provider, nothing sits behind our accounts and there is no data to negotiate for. We can carry the licenses on your invoice alongside the management fee if you would rather receive one bill.
Far fewer than you have access to. Most businesses run well on six to eight applications, and the ones that stall are usually the ones that tried to deploy twenty. We map how work moves through your business first, then pick the applications that carry it and sequence them. The rest stay available and switched off until there is a reason to open one.
Usually, once you are past about four applications, and that is the honest threshold. Below it, individual app subscriptions are frequently the better buy, particularly if only a handful of your staff need access. The calculation turns on your employee headcount rather than your user count. We will run it against your current spend and tell you if the answer comes back against Zoho One.
A focused rollout of six to eight applications generally runs eight to twelve weeks, phased rather than delivered in one go. The first phase covers org structure, identity and the core application your business runs on. Later phases add finance, support, projects and reporting, each with its own go-live. Businesses with heavy data migration or several trading entities should expect longer, and we will say so at the start.
Yes. We move data out of Salesforce, HubSpot, QuickBooks, Xero, Zendesk, Monday, spreadsheets and older Zoho organizations into the matching Zoho One applications, with owners, dates, history and attachments preserved. A test migration runs first so you can inspect exactly what lands where before your team commits. Migration runs as a scoped project because the effort depends entirely on your data volume and its current condition.
An implementation partner is built around a project with a start and an end, which suits the first three months and fits badly after that. A suite keeps changing. You add an entity, a workflow that held at twenty orders a month breaks at three hundred, staff join and leave, and Zoho ships changes to apps you depend on. Under an hourly arrangement each of those becomes a quote. A subscription removes that negotiation and keeps the context between requests.
Usually, yes. The common quote is a rebuild, because reading somebody else’s configuration is harder than starting over. We audit what exists first, look at your org structure, the apps in use, the automation and the state of the data, then tell you which parts are sound and which should be rebuilt properly. Plenty of organizations need a structural repair and a clean-up rather than a fresh start.
Yes, and most organizations need it. Bank feeds, payment processors, shipping platforms, e-commerce storefronts and the line-of-business application nobody intends to replace all have to reach the suite. We use the published API where a connector exists and build the integration ourselves where it does not. Keeping a system you rely on is a legitimate decision, not a failure to standardize.
Identity comes first. We configure Zoho Directory as the single source, wire single sign-on, and drive provisioning from it, so accounts are created and removed in one action rather than app by app. On top of that sits one role and profile model applied consistently everywhere, field-level restrictions on sensitive data, configured audit trails, and access reviews on a schedule so old permissions do not accumulate.
Some businesses do, and it is better to hear that now than in year three. Zoho One is built for standard business processes done well. When you need genuinely custom data models, manufacturing depth, complex multi-entity consolidation or software you own outright rather than rent, the ceiling shows.
That is where the suite earns back its cost. Zoho Analytics reads from every application you run, so questions that span apps become answerable. Cost per acquisition needs Campaigns, CRM and Books together. Project profitability needs Projects, People and Books. We build the data sources, the joins and the dashboards for each leadership role, and add new reports as the questions change.
Management is billed monthly with no long commitment, and everything we build lives in your own Zoho organization, so it stays yours regardless. Start with a consultation. We look at your headcount, the systems you run today, the processes that are costing you time and the condition of your data, then confirm whether the standard plan covers it or whether the work needs its own scope and quote.
We’d love to hear from you!
