Getting paid should not be the slowest part of your business. Managed Zoho Payments puts the gateway, the checkout, the payment links on your invoices and the payout reconciliation in one place, and we run it.
Merchant applications stall on missing documents and on questions nobody at your company knows how to answer. We prepare the paperwork, work through the underwriting back and forth, connect and verify your settlement account, and push when the review goes quiet. Reviews do go quiet.
Every deposit tied out
The money that lands in your bank never matches the invoices you sent. It cannot. Fees, refunds and disputes all come out of the batch before it reaches you, so we reconcile each payout against the transactions inside it, post the difference correctly in Zoho Books, and tell you about anything that will not balance that month.
Failed charges get chased
A recurring payment that declines is revenue you already earned and will lose by default. We set the retry schedule and run the reminder sequence, and we keep an eye on the expired cards and the insufficient funds declines that come back month after month until somebody picks up a phone.

Managed Zoho Payments compared with running payments in house
Anybody can connect a gateway and put a pay button on an invoice. Keeping the reconciliation accurate, recovering failed charges, answering disputes before the deadline and knowing what acceptance actually costs you is a different job. It is also the part that gets dropped once the novelty wears off.
What to compare
How Cascadia handles it
Getting approved to accept
We prepare the paperwork, answer underwriting directly, and keep the file moving.
Deposits that never balance
We reconcile every payout line by line and post the fees as the expense they actually are.
Failed charges nobody notices
We run the retry and reminder sequence and escalate the accounts that need a call.
Answering a dispute in time
We monitor for them, assemble the evidence that supports your side, and file before the clock runs out.
Growing into the wider Zoho suite
We manage the wider Zoho environment, so when a failed charge traces back to a broken subscription, we say so, and we flag when Zoho One costs less than adding apps one by one.
What it costs next month
A flat monthly rate makes the cost predictable and puts the incentive on us to keep the money moving cleanly rather than billing hours.

If you send invoices and wait to get paid, a payment link on every invoice shortens that gap. We wire it into your Books templates and decide which customers get card and which get lower cost bank transfer. A payment then closes the invoice on its own, with nobody matching it by hand.
Checkout is where a store loses money it has already paid to acquire. We set up and brand the hosted checkout, turn on the methods your buyers expect, and test it on phones rather than on a desktop browser, because that is where the abandonment actually happens. Risk rules stay tight enough to stop fraud without turning away real customers.
Recurring revenue leaks through expired cards and silent declines long before anybody reads a churn report. We build the recurring profiles, collect autopay authorization, and configure what happens on upgrades and cancellations. Then the retry sequence runs, and most of that failed revenue comes back.
We prepare the merchant application, gather the verification documents underwriting will ask for, and connect your settlement bank account. While that clears we map how money moves through your business today: which invoices go out, what recurring billing already exists, how payments are being recorded now.
Before a customer sees anything, we run the full set of test transactions. Declines, refunds, partial captures, a failed recurring charge: each one gets checked into Zoho Books to confirm it lands correctly. Then we brand the checkout, wire payment links into your invoice templates, switch you to live, and watch the first real transactions come through.
From there, every payout is reconciled against the transactions inside it. Failed charges get chased. Disputes get answered before the deadline. Once a month you get a summary covering volume, cost of acceptance and recovered revenue, and anything you want changed in between is included in the flat rate.
Pricing depends on the size of your setup and how much of it you want us to run. Tell us what you have today and we will put a number to it, with no obligation.
It is a monthly service. We run payment acceptance inside your own Zoho account instead of handing you a gateway login and wishing you luck, which covers the merchant account approval, the checkout and payment methods, invoice payment links, recurring billing, payout reconciliation, disputes and the monthly reporting. The account stays in your name. The work stays with us.
What does Zoho Payments actually do?
Zoho Payments is Zoho’s own payment processing service. You accept cards, digital wallets and bank transfers directly inside Books, Invoice, Billing, Commerce and Checkout, with no third party gateway stitched in. Payments post against the right invoice by themselves. Refunds and disputes are handled in the same place, and payouts settle to your bank on a set schedule.
Does Zoho Payments support ACH?
Yes, and on larger invoices it is usually worth steering customers toward it. ACH costs far less per transaction than card acceptance, so on a few thousand dollars of invoicing the saving adds up quickly. We enable it, set up the one time bank verification your customers go through, and handle the return codes when a transfer fails.
How does Zoho Payments compare to Stripe?
Stripe is the more flexible platform if you are building a custom product and have developers to point at it. Zoho Payments wins when your business already runs on Zoho, because reconciliation into Books is native instead of something you maintain through a connector. If you are on Zoho and mostly invoicing customers, that tighter integration is usually worth more than the extra flexibility.
What are the transaction fees?
Zoho publishes its processing rates by country and payment method, and they differ a great deal between card, wallet and bank transfer. During onboarding we look at your actual mix of transactions and tell you what your effective cost of acceptance will be. Then we report it monthly, so you can watch it move. Our management fee is separate and does not scale with volume.
Is Zoho Payments PCI compliant?
Zoho maintains its own compliance for the processing side. What matters more for you is scope: how much card data touches your systems at all. We keep you on hosted and tokenized flows, so raw card numbers never reach your servers or your staff, and your own compliance obligation stays about as small as it can reasonably be.
How do I set up a payment gateway in Zoho Books?
In Books you connect the gateway under payment settings, then enable it per customer or across the board so payment links appear on invoices. That part is not hard. What catches people out is the accounting behind it, because fees, refunds and disputes come out of the payout batch, so the deposit never matches the invoices unless the posting rules are right.
Can customers pay an invoice online?
Yes. Every invoice you send from Books or Invoice can carry a payment link that takes card, wallet or bank transfer. The customer pays, the invoice marks itself paid, and the entry posts to the correct account with no manual matching. We configure the templates, decide which methods each customer segment sees, and test the whole flow before you send anything.
How long do payouts take to settle?
Settlement timing depends on your country, your payment method mix, and how long your account has been open, and new merchants often start on a longer hold. We confirm your actual schedule during onboarding so your cash flow planning is based on real dates. Bank transfers usually settle slower than cards, which is worth knowing before you push customers toward ACH.
What happens when a customer files a chargeback?
You get a short window to respond, and a dispute is lost by default when nobody replies in time. We watch for them, assemble the invoice, delivery confirmation and correspondence that support your side, and file before the deadline. We will also tell you honestly which disputes are worth contesting and which cost more to fight than to concede.
Can you set up recurring payments and autopay?
Yes. We build the recurring profiles, collect autopay authorization from customers, and configure what happens on plan changes, proration, card expiry, and cancellation. The goal is that a midmonth upgrade produces the invoice you actually meant rather than one your bookkeeper has to correct. Subscription billing goes wrong in small ways that compound, so the setup matters.
Do you chase failed payments?
Yes, and this is often where the service pays for itself. Failed recurring charges are revenue you already earned and will quietly lose. We set the retry schedule, run the reminder sequence, watch for the expired cards and insufficient funds declines that keep repeating, and flag the accounts that need somebody to actually call them.
Can you migrate us off our current processor?
Yes. We map your existing payment methods, move stored customer profiles and active subscriptions where the current processor allows an export, and run both systems in parallel until the new one is proven on real transactions. The old account gets closed only after its final payouts have landed and reconciled, so nothing goes missing in the handover.
Do you manage the rest of our Zoho apps too?
Yes, and payments rarely stands alone. Most clients who need this also run Books, Invoice, CRM, or Commerce. We will tell you when you cross that line.
