Managed Zoho Recruit

Zoho Recruit for Hiring, Candidates and Job Boards

Most hiring goes wrong in the gaps, the resume nobody logged, the candidate who never heard back, the job still live on a board three weeks after you filled it. Managed Zoho Recruit puts your candidates, openings, career site, and interviews in one system we configure and run for you.

With Cascadia you get

  • We configure your real process
  • Candidates who actually hear back
  • Job boards that stay current
  • Screening you can defend
  • Your account, your data
  • Connected to the rest of Zoho

Why teams choose our Zoho Recruit service

We configure your real process

Your hiring stages are not the ones in the setup wizard. We map how your team actually moves people from first contact to offer, and build separate pipelines where an engineering hire and a warehouse hire genuinely need different steps.

Candidates who actually hear back

Silence costs you the people you wanted most. We build the automation that sends status updates on a schedule, nudges interviewers sitting on feedback, and flags candidates stuck in a stage too long.

Job boards that stay current

A filled role still advertised wastes budget and your reputation. We connect your board channels so one opening publishes everywhere you pay for, applications land back in one pipeline with the source recorded, and closing the role pulls the listings down instead of leaving stale ads running.

Managed Zoho Recruit compared with hiring out of an inbox

Anybody can post a job and collect resumes in a folder. Running a pipeline that still makes sense in month six, keeping candidates informed without chasing, and screening on criteria you can defend later is a different job, and it is the part that usually gets postponed.

What to compareHow Cascadia handles it
Getting the pipeline rightWe build the pipeline around your real process, test it on a live opening, and adjust it when your hiring changes rather than leaving it stale for a year.
Candidates going silentAutomated stage updates and interviewer reminders mean people hear back on schedule without anybody remembering to send anything.
Chasing job board listingsOne opening published across every channel, with the source tracked and listings closed automatically, ends both the retyping and the stale ads still collecting applications.
Screening that holds upWe set scoring against written criteria, test it on your own applicant data, and document the rules so a rejection decision stays defensible.
Growing into the wider Zoho suiteWe manage the wider Zoho environment, so when a hiring problem turns out to be a Zoho People mapping problem, we say so, and we flag when Zoho One costs less than adding apps one by one.
What it costs next monthA flat monthly rate makes the cost predictable and puts the incentive on us to keep the system current rather than to bill hours.

Who our managed Zoho Recruit service fits best

Companies hiring out of a shared inbox

Resumes in an inbox work until two people are hiring at once and nobody knows who replied. We move your candidates into one database, build the pipeline around how you actually decide, and set up automatic replies so applicants stop falling through the gaps between recruiters.

Get started

Staffing and recruiting agencies

Agencies run two pipelines, candidates and clients, and most tools handle only one of them well. We configure client management alongside candidates, build submission workflows per client, connect it to Zoho CRM where your sales team works, and report placements and revenue by client from one system.

Get started

High volume and seasonal hirers

Hiring forty people in six weeks breaks anything manual. We build templates so a role posts in minutes, set screening that handles volume without burying your team, and configure bulk actions and scheduling so interviews get booked without a recruiter running a calendar by hand.

Whether you are moving off a shared inbox or inheriting a Zoho Recruit account somebody configured two years ago, the sequence is the same.

How our managed Zoho Recruit service works

1. We audit and load your candidate data

We start with what you have, whether that is another ATS, a folder of resumes, or a half configured Zoho account. Candidates, application history, and open roles get mapped and loaded so your history comes across rather than everyone starting fresh.

Get started

2. We build the pipelines and workflows

Next come the parts that make the system yours, meaning hiring stages and pipelines per role type, requisition approvals, screening questions and scoring, interview scheduling and feedback forms, offer templates, and the permission model that decides who sees which openings. We test each one on a live role, then connect your career site and job boards so applications arrive in the right place.

Get started

3. We keep it correct as you change

From there you get the ongoing work, meaning new roles and pipelines configured when you need them, job board channels kept current, automation adjusted as your process shifts, integrations checked each cycle, and a monthly summary of time to hire, source performance, and anything still open. You send priorities and we build them into the following month.

What is managed Zoho Recruit?

Managed Zoho Recruit is a subscription where we run your Zoho Recruit applicant tracking system for you at a flat monthly rate. That covers the initial configuration, your candidate database, hiring pipelines, career site, job board publishing, screening rules, interview scheduling, and offer workflows, plus the ongoing changes as your hiring process shifts. You get an ATS configured properly and kept correct without hiring somebody to administer it.

What does Zoho Recruit actually do?

Zoho Recruit is Zoho’s applicant tracking system. It holds your candidate database and resumes, manages job openings and requisitions, publishes to your career site and job boards, parses applications, runs screening and assessments, schedules interviews and collects structured feedback, handles offers and e-signature, and reports on your hiring funnel. It works for internal HR teams and for staffing agencies managing clients alongside candidates.

How long does setup take?

Most clients are hiring through the system within three to four weeks. The first week covers the audit, the candidate and job data migration, and the pipeline structure. The second and third cover your career site, job board connections, screening rules, and interview workflows. Complex setups, especially staffing agencies running client side pipelines too, can take longer, and we tell you that before you sign rather than after.

Can you migrate candidates from our current ATS?

Yes. We migrate candidate records, resumes, application history, and job openings from most systems, including Bullhorn, Workable, Greenhouse, Lever, and spreadsheets. We map your existing stages to the new pipeline so history is preserved rather than everyone landing in a single default stage. We check the result against your own numbers before your recruiters start working in the new system.

Do you build our career site?

Yes. We build the Zoho Recruit career site, match it to your brand, structure the job listings, connect it to a subdomain of your own site, and set up the application forms. The goal is an apply flow short enough that qualified candidates finish it on a phone. If you want the careers page built into your main website instead, we can discuss that as separate development work.

Which job boards can you publish to?

Zoho Recruit connects to the major boards including Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, Glassdoor, and Monster, alongside free and premium posting options that vary by region. We configure the channels you actually pay for, set the publishing rules so a single opening reaches all of them, and make sure closing a role pulls the listings down instead of leaving stale ads running.

Does this work for staffing and recruiting agencies?

Yes, and agencies are where Recruit is strongest. We configure the client and contact side alongside candidates, set up client specific pipelines and submission workflows, connect it to Zoho CRM where your sales team works, and build the reporting that shows placements and revenue by client. Zoho Recruit has a staffing agency edition and we set up whichever edition fits your model.

How does Zoho Recruit connect to Zoho People?

An accepted offer in Recruit creates the employee record in Zoho People without anybody retyping it, carrying across the data you already collected during hiring. Onboarding workflows start on day one instead of after somebody finishes a copy and paste job. We configure that handoff and check the field mapping so the record arrives complete rather than needing cleanup from HR.

What happens if we already have Zoho Recruit set up badly?

That is a common starting point and it is easier to fix than people expect. We audit what is there, document what is working, and rebuild the parts that are not, usually the pipeline stages, the screening rules, and the permissions. We do it without losing your candidate history. You do not need to start a fresh account, and we tell you plainly if starting fresh is genuinely the cheaper path.

Can candidates see where they stand?

Yes, if you want them to. We configure the candidate portal so applicants track their status, upload documents, and schedule what they need. Some clients prefer to keep status private and rely on automated stage emails instead. Either way we set the communication rules so candidates hear something on a schedule rather than going silent, which is what damages your employer reputation.

How do you handle applicant data and compliance?

We configure retention rules, consent capture on your application forms, and the EEO and audit trail settings Zoho Recruit provides, then set permissions so hiring managers only see their own openings. We are not your lawyers, so we implement the policy you give us and flag where your configuration and your stated policy do not match. Getting the legal position right stays your call.

What if we need more than 10 recruiter seats?

The 699 dollar plan covers up to 10 recruiter seats, which fits most internal HR teams and small agencies. Past that we quote based on seat count and pipeline complexity rather than applying a formula, because a 30 seat agency running client pipelines is a different job from a 15 seat internal team. Tell us your headcount and we will give you a number before you commit.

Should we get Zoho One instead?

If Recruit is the only Zoho app you run, the standalone plan is the cheaper choice. Once you are on three or four apps, managed Zoho One usually costs less than stacking individual plans and gets everything managed together, which matters because most Recruit problems turn out to be People or CRM problems. We flag that when your usage crosses the line rather than waiting for you to ask.
