The build is included, not extra
Agencies usually quote a project fee to build the site, then a retainer to look after it. We fold both into one monthly rate with no separate setup charge.
Managed Zoho Sites
Your website is the one asset every campaign points at, and it is usually the one nobody has time to update. Managed Zoho Sites covers the build, the domain and SSL, the theme, the blog, and the forms that turn visitors into leads, all inside the Zoho account your company owns.
With Cascadia you get
Agencies usually quote a project fee to build the site, then a retainer to look after it. We fold both into one monthly rate with no separate setup charge.
Nobody should wait two days to fix a typo. We train your team on the editor and the publishing workflow, and leave written notes behind for the next hire.
The platform is right for a lot of businesses and wrong for some. Because we run WordPress sites too, we have no reason to talk you into either.
What you get
All 20 of these come with Managed Zoho Sites, set up and looked after by our team.
Tell us how your team uses Zoho Sites and we will take it from there.
Anybody can drag a template into shape over a weekend. Filling in the search fields, wiring the forms to your pipeline, and keeping the whole thing current a year later is the part that usually never gets finished.
| What to compare | How Cascadia handles it |
|---|---|
| Getting the site finished at all | We run the build to a page list and a date, come back to you for content and approvals, and put the site live under your domain with SSL working and the DNS untouched where it matters. |
| The search fields nobody fills in | We set them on every page, keep one H1 per page, and revisit them whenever your services or pricing change. |
| Where a form submission ends up | We wire your forms into Zoho CRM so every inquiry arrives as a lead with its source recorded and an owner attached, which means you can finally see what your website is actually worth. |
| Content that stops going stale | Send us the change and it lands within days. |
| When you outgrow the builder | Because we run WordPress and Zoho Commerce as well, we will say so rather than forcing a workaround, and we will move you across if that is the right call. We also flag when Zoho One costs less than separate app plans. |

We start with what you have, whether that is WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, GoDaddy, or nothing at all. We agree a page list, build the theme to your brand, and rebuild each page rather than pouring your content into a stock template.
Get startedNext come the pieces that make the site earn its keep, meaning contact and quote forms wired into Zoho CRM, Bookings embedded where people schedule, signups feeding Zoho Campaigns, page titles and descriptions written for every page, redirects and sitemaps filed, and analytics tracking real goals. We test each one before launch, because a form nobody checked is a lead nobody received.
Get startedFrom there you get the ongoing work, meaning new pages and copy edits as your services change, blog posts published, images optimized, broken links and crawl errors fixed, and a monthly review of traffic, top pages, and leads created. You send priorities and we build them into the following month.

See all Zoho servicesIt is a subscription where we run your website for you at a flat monthly rate. That covers the initial build or migration, domain and SSL setup, theme and brand styling, page and blog publishing, forms and lead capture, on page SEO, and the integrations into the rest of your Zoho apps. It also covers the ongoing changes as your business shifts, so the site stays current instead of going stale a month after launch.
It is Zoho’s website builder. You get a drag and drop editor, responsive themes, a built in blog with categories and authors, forms, private member pages, custom domains with SSL, and hosting included in the subscription. Because it sits inside the Zoho ecosystem, it connects directly to Zoho CRM, Campaigns, Bookings, Commerce, and Analytics without a paid third party connector in between.
It depends on the site. Zoho Sites fits businesses that want a clean marketing site with hosting, SSL, and updates handled inside a subscription they already pay for, especially when leads need to land in Zoho CRM. WordPress fits sites that need heavy customization, unusual functionality, or a large content library with plugins behind it. We manage both, so we will tell you plainly which one suits your case instead of steering you toward the one we would rather build.
Yes. We rebuild your pages on the new platform, carry across your copy, images, and blog posts, and match the design to your brand rather than dropping your content into a stock template. We handle the domain and DNS cutover, and we keep your existing site reachable until the new one is verified, so there is no window where visitors hit a broken address.
Not if the URLs are handled properly, which is the part most migrations get wrong. We map every existing page to its new address, put permanent redirects in place for anything that moves, carry your page titles and meta descriptions across, and submit an updated sitemap. Then we watch Search Console for the following weeks and fix crawl errors before they cost you traffic.
Yes, and you should. We point your existing domain at Zoho Sites, configure the DNS records carefully so your email keeps working, confirm SSL is issued and forcing HTTPS, and set one canonical version of the address. The domain stays registered in your name under your own account, so you keep control of it regardless of who manages the site.
It handles the fundamentals well. You get control over page titles, meta descriptions, headings, image alt text, URLs, redirects, sitemaps, and robots rules, plus clean responsive templates and fast hosting. What it will not do is set any of that for you. Most pages underperform because nobody filled those fields in, which is exactly the ongoing work this plan covers.
For a small catalog, yes. It includes basic store functionality, and you can embed Zoho Commerce product blocks and checkout into your pages for anything more involved. If you are running a large catalog, complex variants, or heavy fulfillment logic, we will usually recommend Zoho Commerce as the primary platform with your marketing site alongside it.
Yes. The editor is genuinely usable, and we train your team on it during onboarding, including the publishing workflow and the parts of the theme they should leave alone. Most clients handle small copy edits and blog posts internally and send us the structural work. You are never locked out of your own site and you never have to route a typo fix through us.
Both, and the build is included. There is no separate setup fee. The first weeks cover the site structure, theme, page templates, and core pages, and once that is live the same monthly plan covers ongoing changes. That means the incentive sits with us to build it properly, because we are the ones maintaining whatever we ship.
Yes. It is one of the applications bundled into a Zoho One subscription, so if you already pay for Zoho One you have access to it. That is worth checking before you buy it separately. If you are running several Zoho apps individually, our Managed Zoho One plan covers the whole suite under one monthly management fee.
A straightforward marketing site is usually live within three to four weeks. A migration with a large blog archive, member areas, or several regional sites takes longer. The pace depends mostly on how quickly content and approvals come back from your side, so we agree a page list and a content deadline at the start and work to that.
You keep everything. The Zoho account, the site, the content, the domain, and the CRM data are all yours and always were, because we work inside your subscription rather than ours. If you move on, we hand over documentation and remove our access. There is no export to negotiate, no proprietary layer to unpick, and no contract term holding you in place.
We’d love to hear from you!
