Managed Zoho Social

Zoho Social for Scheduling, Monitoring and Reporting

Posting is the easy part. Keeping a calendar filled, replying before a comment goes cold, watching what people say about you, and proving any of it produced revenue is where most accounts fall apart.

With Cascadia you get

  • Setup is included, not extra
  • Your team trained, not locked out
  • We manage your website as well
  • Migrations that keep your queue
  • Your accounts, your audience
  • Connected to the rest of Zoho

Why teams choose our Zoho Social service

Setup is included, not extra

Agencies usually quote an onboarding fee to connect your channels and build the calendar, then a retainer on top. We fold both into one monthly rate with no separate setup charge.

Your team trained, not locked out

Nobody should wait a day to post something timely. We train your people on the composer, the approval flow, and the unified inbox, and leave written notes behind for the next hire.

We manage your website as well

Social rarely works on its own. Because we run WordPress sites and Zoho Campaigns too, we can point a post at a landing page that actually exists and line your calendar up with what your email is sending.

Managed Zoho Social compared with running it yourself

Anybody can connect a few channels and queue a week of posts. Keeping the calendar full, answering the inbox before people give up, catching the mention that needed a reply, and tying any of it to revenue is the part that usually stops.

What to compareHow Cascadia handles it
Keeping the calendar full at allWe keep the calendar loaded ahead of time, hold slots for launches and campaigns, come back to you for content and approvals, and flag the gaps well before they arrive rather than on the morning of.
The mentions nobody is watchingWe set them up, review them on a schedule, and tell you within two business days when something needs a reply.
Where a good comment ends upWe push conversations worth following into Zoho CRM with the thread attached and an owner assigned, which means you can finally see what social is actually worth.
Replies that stop going coldWe work the unified inbox on a set schedule, route anything needing a real answer to the right person on your team, and escalate a public complaint within minutes rather than overnight.
When a channel stops workingWe watch connection status, reconnect before it breaks, and tell you exactly what to click when a platform insists on the page owner. We also flag when Zoho One costs less than separate app plans.
What it costs next monthA flat monthly rate makes the cost predictable and puts the incentive on us to keep the account working rather than to bill hours against it.

Who our managed Zoho Social service fits best

Teams already paying for Zoho One

Zoho Social is bundled into Zoho One, so plenty of companies are already paying for a scheduler they have never opened. We put that license to work, set the account up properly inside the org you already have, and connect it to the CRM sitting next to it.

Get started

Businesses paying too much for Hootsuite

If your scheduler costs more every year and you use about a third of it, this is the common exit. We migrate the schedule and the queued content, rebuild the monitoring streams, and leave you on a tool that talks to your CRM without middleware.

Get started

Service firms that sell on reputation

When referrals and reviews drive your pipeline, a stale profile costs you work. We keep the posting consistent, answer reviews and mentions in your voice, and make sure a question asked in public gets a reply within two business days.

Ready to get more out of Zoho Social?

Whether you are starting from silent accounts or moving off a scheduler somebody set up years ago, the sequence is the same.

How our managed Zoho Social service works

1. We connect and structure your channels

We start with what you have, whether that is Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, Sprout, or a few logins nobody has opened since spring. We connect every channel through your own accounts, set up brands and roles so the right people can draft, approve, or publish, rebuild anything sitting queued in the old tool, and agree the approval chain before a single post goes out.

Get started

2. We build the calendar and the streams

Next come the pieces that make the account earn its keep, meaning a filled content calendar with slots held for campaigns, SmartQ timing enabled per channel, monitoring streams for your brand and your competitors, response templates for the questions that repeat, and a CRM connection that turns a good conversation into a lead. We test each one before you rely on it.

Get started

3. We run it and report on it

From there you get the ongoing work, meaning posts scheduled and checked after they publish, the unified inbox worked on a set schedule, mentions and reviews answered or escalated, evergreen content rotated before it goes stale, and a monthly read on reach, engagement, and leads created. You send priorities and we build them into the following month.

What is managed Zoho Social?

It is a subscription where we run your Zoho Social account for you at a flat monthly rate. That covers connecting and maintaining your social channels, keeping the content calendar filled and scheduled, working the unified inbox, monitoring brand and competitor mentions, building your reports, and wiring the whole thing into Zoho CRM, Desk, and Campaigns. You keep ownership of every account. We handle the setup, the daily operation, and the ongoing changes.

What does Zoho Social actually do?

Zoho Social is a social media management tool. It connects your Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, TikTok, Google Business Profile, and Pinterest accounts into one place so you can schedule posts across all of them, see comments and messages in a single inbox, monitor mentions of your brand and competitors, and report on what performed. It also connects directly to Zoho CRM, which most standalone schedulers cannot do.

Do you create the content or just schedule it?

At this rate we manage and publish rather than produce. You supply the posts, images, and video, or your existing agency does, and we handle the calendar, the formatting for each network, the scheduling, the approvals, and the checks after publishing. If you want original copy, graphics, and video produced each month as well, that is a larger engagement and we will quote it separately.

How many social channels can you manage?

As many as your Zoho Social plan supports. Zoho counts channels per brand, so the number you can connect depends on the tier you are on. In practice most businesses run four to eight profiles across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile. If you have multiple locations or product lines, we structure them as separate brands so the reporting stays meaningful.

Can you migrate us from Hootsuite or Buffer?

Yes, and it is one of the most common reasons people call. We rebuild your posting schedule in Zoho Social, carry your queued and evergreen content across, recreate your monitoring streams and saved searches, reconnect every channel, and keep the old tool running in parallel until a full week has published cleanly. Nothing gets switched off until the new setup is proven.

How is Zoho Social different from Hootsuite or Sprout Social?

The main difference is the CRM connection. Zoho Social talks directly to Zoho CRM, so a commenter or message sender can become a lead with the conversation attached, which the standalone tools cannot do without middleware. Zoho Social is also considerably cheaper per user. The trade off is a smaller set of third party integrations and lighter analytics than Sprout offers at the top end.

How quickly do you respond to comments and messages?

We work the unified inbox on an agreed schedule during business days, and we route anything that needs a real answer from your team to the right person within two business days. Complaints and anything with reputational risk follow an escalation path we agree at setup, so they reach a decision maker in minutes rather than sitting in a queue overnight.

Can our own team still post?

Yes. This is your account, not ours. We set up roles so your team can draft, schedule, or publish depending on how much control you want, and we build the approval chain around that. Most clients have us run the routine calendar while their team posts the timely things, with everything visible in one place so nobody double posts.

Is Zoho Social included in Zoho One?

Yes. Zoho Social is one of the applications bundled into Zoho One, which means many businesses already have access to it and have never opened it. If you are on Zoho One, the license is covered and this service is purely the management work. That is also why the Zoho One bundle often makes more sense once you are managing three or more apps.

What happens if a channel disconnects?

Social platforms expire access tokens on their own schedule, and a disconnected channel means posts silently fail. We monitor connection status and reconnect before that happens where the platform allows it. When a reconnection needs someone with owner rights on your Facebook or LinkedIn page, we tell you exactly what to click rather than asking for your password.

Can you report on social alongside our other marketing?

Yes. We pull Zoho Social metrics into Zoho Analytics so social sits beside your email, website, and CRM numbers instead of in its own silo. That is where social stops being a follower count and starts showing whether the effort produces pipeline. We build the dashboards, set the scheduled reports, and keep the metric definitions consistent month to month.

How long does setup take?

A straightforward account with four to six channels and no migration is usually live within two weeks. That covers channel connections, brand and role structure, monitoring streams, the first month of calendar, and the CRM connection. A migration from another scheduler adds a week or two depending on how much queued content and how many saved streams need rebuilding.

What happens if we want to leave?

You keep everything. Your social profiles, your Zoho subscription, your content, and your reporting history all sit in accounts registered to your company, so there is nothing for us to hand back because none of it was ever ours. We remove our access, document how the calendar and monitoring are set up, and give your team or your next agency a working handover.
