Setup is included, not extra
Consultancies usually quote an implementation fee to configure the workspace, then a retainer to look after it. We fold both into one monthly rate with no separate setup charge.
Managed Zoho Sprints
Managed Zoho Sprints puts an agile workspace behind your engineering team and keeps it running. We set up the projects, sprints, boards, and workflow rules, groom the backlog with your product owner, connect your Git provider so the board reflects what the code is doing, and report velocity every month.
With Cascadia you get
Consultancies usually quote an implementation fee to configure the workspace, then a retainer to look after it. We fold both into one monthly rate with no separate setup charge.
Nobody should file a request to add a custom field. We train your team on the boards, the reports, and the admin settings, and leave written notes behind for the next hire.
Sprints is right for a lot of teams and wrong for some. We have no commercial reason to push you either way.
What you get
All 26 of these come with Managed Zoho Sprints, set up and looked after by our team.
Tell us how your team uses Zoho Sprints and we will take it from there.
Anybody can create a project and start dragging cards. Grooming the backlog every week, keeping the estimates honest, wiring the board to your commits, and still trusting the velocity number a year later is the part that usually never gets finished.
| What to compare | How Cascadia handles it |
|---|---|
| Getting the workspace configured at all | We run setup to an agreed scope and a date, come back to you for decisions on structure and permissions, and hand over a workspace your team can start a real sprint in rather than one still carrying stock defaults. |
| The settings nobody revisits | We configure each one to your process, then revisit them as teams form and split rather than letting the tool quietly stop matching how you work. |
| Where a customer bug ends up | We wire Zoho Desk into Sprints so every reported defect arrives as a work item with its ticket history attached and an owner assigned, which means you can finally see how much capacity support is consuming. |
| A backlog that stops going stale | We run it on a schedule with your product owner. |
| When you outgrow the tool | Because we run Zoho Projects and other delivery tooling as well, we will say so rather than forcing a workaround, and we will move you across if that is the right call. We also flag when Zoho One costs less than separate app plans. |
| What it costs next month | A flat monthly rate makes the cost predictable and puts the incentive on us to keep the workspace current rather than to bill hours against it. |

“Cascadia has been great to work with! We recently needed some updates, and Cascadia was quick to get them completed! We highly recommend Cascadia Web Services.”
“Cascadia is very responsive and we’re happy with them as our primary IT vendor.”
“They do great work, been using for years. Prompt responses to requests.”
Sprints is bundled into Zoho One, so plenty of companies are already paying for it and have never opened it. We put that license to work, configure the workspace inside the account you already have, and connect it to the Desk and CRM sitting next to it.
Get startedIf your current tool costs more at every renewal, or was configured by someone who has left and nobody dares touch, this is the common exit. We move the backlog properly, carry the history across, and leave you with a workspace your own team can administer.
Get startedWhen customers are told a feature ships this quarter, the forecast has to hold. We build the estimation and velocity discipline that makes a date defensible, keep releases mapped to epics, and give your leads a report they can take into a customer call without hedging.
Get startedWhether you are starting with no tooling at all or inheriting a Jira instance nobody understands, the sequence is the same.
We start with what you have, whether that is Jira, Trello, Asana, a spreadsheet, or nothing at all. We agree how projects and teams should be split, then configure item types, statuses, and permissions to your process rather than accepting the defaults.
Get startedNext come the pieces that make the workspace earn its keep, meaning GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket linked so commits and pull requests attach to items, Zoho Desk feeding customer bugs into the backlog, Cliq alerts on assignments and blockers, automation rules for the transitions people forget, and the velocity and burndown reports built out. We test each one with your team before you rely on it.
Get startedFrom there you get the ongoing work, meaning backlog grooming with your product owner, planning facilitation each sprint, new projects and workflow changes as teams form, automation and report building, and a monthly review of velocity, stalled items, and epics at risk. You send priorities and we build them into the following month.

See all Zoho servicesIt is a subscription where we run your Zoho Sprints workspace for you at a flat monthly rate. That covers the initial setup or migration, project and sprint structure, work item types, boards and workflow rules, automation, and the integrations into Git and the rest of your Zoho apps. It also covers the ongoing work, meaning backlog grooming, sprint planning, reporting, and the process changes your team asks for as it grows.
It is Zoho’s agile project management tool. You get a prioritized backlog, timeboxed sprints, scrum and kanban boards with swimlanes and work in progress limits, story point estimation, epics and releases, velocity and burndown reporting, and a feed for team activity. Because it sits inside the Zoho ecosystem, it connects to Zoho Desk, Projects, CRM, Cliq, and Analytics without a paid third party connector in between.
Sprints is built for agile teams working in short iterations, so it gives you a backlog, sprints, story points, velocity, and boards. Projects is built for traditional plan driven delivery, with task lists, dependencies, Gantt charts, and milestones. Software teams shipping continuously usually want Sprints. Teams running client work against a fixed schedule usually want Projects. Some organizations run both and link them, which we set up regularly.
Jira is more configurable and has a much larger marketplace behind it, which matters if you need unusual workflows or niche plugins. Sprints covers the core agile workflow with far less administration, costs less per user, and connects natively to the Zoho apps you already run. For most teams under fifty engineers, Sprints does the job without the overhead. We will tell you plainly if your case is one where Jira fits better.
Yes, and this is a common starting point. We map your existing issue types, statuses, priorities, and custom fields onto Sprints, import the backlog with comments and attachments intact, carry across users and their assignments, and rebuild your boards to match how the team actually works. We keep the old tool readable until you have signed off, so there is no window where the team has nowhere to look.
Yes. We connect GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket so commits and pull requests link back to work items, branches get created straight from the board, and item status moves when a merge lands rather than when somebody remembers to drag a card. That link is what makes your reporting trustworthy, because the board reflects what the code is doing instead of what people updated at the end of the day.
Yes, and it should. We connect Zoho Desk so support tickets become Sprints work items with their context and conversation history attached, then route them into the backlog with the right priority and item type. The support agent sees progress without chasing engineering, and your developers stop retyping the same bug into a second system by hand.
We facilitate planning and grooming, and we coach the rest. Your product owner still owns priority and your team still owns estimates, because those decisions cannot be outsourced without the numbers becoming meaningless. What we bring is the structure, the facilitation, and an outside read on where the process is quietly failing. Most teams take the ceremonies back over within a few months and keep us for the workspace.
It depends on how your work arrives. Scrum suits teams that can commit to a scope for two weeks and want velocity to forecast with. Kanban suits teams whose priorities shift daily, such as platform or support heavy groups, where a locked sprint gets broken every week anyway. Sprints supports both, and we configure whichever fits. Plenty of organizations run scrum in one team and kanban in another.
Usually around five engineers, or three if delivery dates are being promised to customers. Below that, the coordination overhead is small enough that a shared list works fine. Above it, the cost of nobody grooming the backlog starts showing up as missed dates and rework. If you are on the line, we will say so rather than selling you a plan you do not need yet.
Yes, and we train them to. Onboarding covers the boards, the workflow, the reports, and the parts of the configuration they should leave alone. Most clients handle day to day work themselves and send us the structural changes, meaning new projects, workflow revisions, automation, and reporting. You are never locked out of your own workspace and you never have to route a field change through us.
Yes. It is one of the applications bundled into a Zoho One subscription, so if you already pay for Zoho One you have access to it. That is worth checking before you buy it separately. If you are running several Zoho apps individually, our Managed Zoho One plan covers the whole suite under one monthly management fee, which is usually cheaper once you pass three or four apps.
You keep everything. The Zoho account, the workspace, the backlog, the history, and the reporting are all yours and always were, because we work inside your subscription rather than ours. If you move on, we hand over documentation on how the workspace is configured and remove our access. There is no export to negotiate, no proprietary layer to unpick, and no contract term holding you in place.
We’d love to hear from you!
