Schema design comes included
Agencies usually bill data modeling as a discovery project and charge separately to run the thing afterward. We fold both into one monthly rate with no separate setup charge.
Managed Zoho Tables
Spreadsheets stop working the moment your data has relationships in it. Managed Zoho Tables covers the base design, the linked records, the views each team needs, and the automations, all inside the Zoho account your company owns.
With Cascadia you get
Agencies usually bill data modeling as a discovery project and charge separately to run the thing afterward. We fold both into one monthly rate with no separate setup charge.
Nobody should wait two days to add a view. We train your team on the parts they will actually touch, meaning records, filters, and their own saved views, and leave written notes behind for the next hire.
Zoho Tables handles operational tracking well and is not a replacement for a real application platform. Because we are not reselling licenses, we have no reason to talk you into it.
What you get
All 26 of these come with Managed Zoho Tables, set up and looked after by our team.

Anybody can put a table together in an afternoon. Designing relationships that will not need rebuilding in six months, getting the automations right, and keeping the structure clean once ten people are adding records is the part that usually goes wrong.
| What to compare | How Cascadia handles it |
|---|---|
| Getting the base built at all | We run the build to an agreed structure and a go live date, come back to you for review and approval, and hand over something your team can start using on the day. |
| Structure that breaks later | We model the relationships properly before anyone starts entering data, so adding a team or a new record type later is a small change rather than a rebuild. |
| Where a record ends up | We link records across your tables and sync the relevant ones into Zoho CRM, so your account team sees the same information the next time they open that account. |
| Automations nobody tested | We build each one against your real workflow, test it with live records before it goes on, and check every trigger again whenever the structure underneath it changes. |
| When you outgrow the tool | Because we do not resell Zoho licenses, we will say so rather than building a workaround, and we will help you move if that is the right call. We also flag when Zoho One costs less than separate app plans. |
| What it costs next month | A flat monthly rate makes the cost predictable and puts the incentive on us to keep the thing working rather than to bill hours against it. |

Tables is bundled into Zoho One, so plenty of companies are already paying for a tool they have never opened. We put that license to work, build your bases inside the account you already have, and connect them to the CRM sitting right next to it.
Get startedIf your per seat Airtable bill keeps growing, the cheaper alternative is probably already sitting in your Zoho account. We rebuild your tables and links inside Zoho Tables, carry the data across with the relationships intact, and run both in parallel until your team is confident.
Get startedWhen inventory, jobs, clients, and invoices all live on tabs of the same file, one bad paste takes the whole thing down. We split that into linked tables with proper field types and permissions, so the people entering data cannot accidentally break it.

See all Zoho servicesManaged Zoho Tables is a flat monthly service where we design, build, and run your Zoho Tables bases for you. That covers the table structure and field types, the links between tables, the views each team uses, the automations, the intake forms, permissions, backups, and the connections into Zoho CRM and the rest of your stack. Everything sits inside a Zoho account registered to your company.
Zoho offers a free tier of Zoho Tables with limits on rows, storage, and workspaces, which is fine for trying it out or running one small tracker. Paid plans start low and are billed by Zoho directly. Our monthly rate covers the work of designing and running your bases and is separate from whatever you pay Zoho for the license. We do not mark that license up.
Base and schema design, field types and validation, linked records, lookups and rollups, saved views for each team, automations and triggers, intake forms, notifications, roles and permissions, backups and versioning, access reviews, migration work, and integration with Zoho CRM, Flow, Analytics, and webhooks. It also covers change requests, so new tables and automations as your process shifts are included rather than quoted separately.
For anything with relationships in it, yes. A spreadsheet stores rows of text and has no idea that the client name in column C is the same client as the one on the other tab. Zoho Tables stores that as one linked record, so you update it once. If your data is genuinely a flat list and never changes, a spreadsheet is still fine and we will tell you so.
They solve the same problem and the core concepts carry over directly, including linked records, views, and automations. Airtable is more mature and has a larger ecosystem of third party connectors. Zoho Tables costs considerably less, is included in Zoho One, and sits natively beside Zoho CRM, Desk, and Analytics. If you already run Zoho, that adjacency usually matters more than the feature gap.
Yes, and that is one of the more common reasons people come to us. We rebuild your tables, fields, links, and views inside Zoho Tables first, then carry the data across with the relationships intact rather than as flat exports. We run both systems in parallel while your team checks the result, and only then do you switch the old subscription off.
Yes. Your Zoho account, your bases, your data, and your subscription all sit under your company, not behind an agency login. You have full admin access the entire time. If you decide to bring the work in house or move to a different provider, there is nothing for us to hand over, because none of it was ever ours to hold.
Natively with the Zoho suite, which is the main draw if you are already there. Beyond that we use Zoho Flow to connect Tables to a few hundred third party applications, push data into Zoho Analytics when you need reporting across more than one source, and set up webhooks where an outside tool has to read or write records directly.
Yes, and we set this up for most clients. Records in Tables can match against the right account, deal, or contact in CRM, and you decide which direction updates travel. That keeps your operational tracking and your sales data consistent, so the project record and the deal record are not quietly telling two different stories about the same customer.
Most organizations have a working base in two to three weeks. The first week is mapping what you track and designing the structure, the second is building it out with views, automations, and forms, and the third covers data import, testing, and training. Migrations from Airtable or a pile of spreadsheets can add a week depending on how clean the source data is.
Both, and you pick the balance. Some clients want us to handle every structural change and just use the views we build. Others want their team adding records, building personal views, and making small edits themselves. We train people on the parts they will actually touch and leave written notes behind so the next hire is not starting from nothing.
We will say so. We do not resell Zoho licenses, so there is no commission riding on the answer. If your requirements point toward Zoho Creator, a proper database, or staying in a spreadsheet for now, that is what we will recommend. Telling you to buy something that will not work is a short term win and a long term problem for us.
Yes, Tables is part of the Zoho One suite, which means a lot of companies are already paying for it without knowing. If you are on Zoho One, there is no additional software cost to start using it, only our management fee. If you are running several Zoho apps individually, it is worth checking whether Zoho One is cheaper overall.
We’d love to hear from you!
