Setup is included, not extra
Course platform consultants usually quote a build fee to launch the academy, then a retainer to look after it. We fold both into one monthly rate with no separate setup charge.
Managed Zoho TrainerCentral
Managed Zoho TrainerCentral puts a branded academy behind your training program and keeps it running. We structure the courses, publish the lessons and media, configure your live sessions, wire up payments and certificates, and report every month on enrollments, completion, and revenue.
With Cascadia you get
Course platform consultants usually quote a build fee to launch the academy, then a retainer to look after it. We fold both into one monthly rate with no separate setup charge.
Nobody should file a request to fix a typo in a lesson. We train your trainers on the course builder, the live classroom, and the learner reports, and leave written notes behind for the next hire.
TrainerCentral is right for a lot of training businesses and wrong for some. We have no commercial reason to push you either way.
What you get
All 20 of these come with Managed Zoho TrainerCentral, set up and looked after by our team.

Anybody can upload a video and set a price. Publishing on a schedule, keeping checkout and taxes correct, running live cohorts without dropping attendance, and still trusting your completion numbers a year later is the part that usually never gets finished.
| What to compare | How Cascadia handles it |
|---|---|
| Getting the academy launched at all | We run setup to an agreed scope and a date, come back to you for decisions on structure and pricing, and hand over an academy you can sell from rather than one still on stock branding. |
| The settings nobody revisits | We configure each one to your program, then revisit them as courses are added rather than letting the academy quietly stop matching what you sell. |
| Where a failed payment ends up | We test checkout end to end before launch, keep tax and invoice settings correct, and handle refunds, transfers, and manual enrollments inside your account so no learner sits locked out waiting on someone to find the admin panel. |
| A catalog that stops going stale | We keep the catalog current on a schedule with your program lead. |
| When you outgrow the platform | Because we run Zoho Learn, Zoho Commerce, and other delivery tooling as well, we will say so rather than forcing a workaround, and we will move you across if that is the right call. We also flag when Zoho One costs less than separate app plans. |
| What it costs next month | A flat monthly rate makes the cost predictable and puts the incentive on us to keep your courses selling rather than to bill hours against them. |

TrainerCentral is bundled into Zoho One, so plenty of companies are already paying for it and have never opened it. We put that license to work, build the academy inside the account you already have, and connect it to the CRM and Campaigns sitting next to it.
Get startedIf your current platform takes a cut at every renewal, or was set up by someone who has left and nobody dares touch, this is the common exit. We move the catalog properly, carry the learners across, and leave you with an academy your own team can administer.
Get startedWhen the plan is to stop trading hours for money, the course has to actually ship. We handle the structure, the publishing, the checkout, and the launch mechanics so your senior people spend their time on the material rather than on learning a platform they will use twice a year.
Get startedWhether you are starting with no platform at all or inheriting a Teachable account nobody understands, the sequence is the same.
We start with what you have, whether that is Teachable, Thinkific, Kajabi, a folder of videos, or nothing at all. We apply your branding and custom domain, agree how courses and paths should be grouped, then configure lessons, drip schedules, quizzes, and certificates around your program rather than accepting the defaults.
Get startedNext come the pieces that make the academy earn its keep, meaning your payment gateway with currencies and tax rules tested end to end, coupon and membership pricing built out, Zoho CRM receiving buyers with the course attached, Zoho Campaigns handling onboarding and nurture email, live session scheduling with reminders, and the enrollment and completion reports built. We test each one with your team before you rely on it.
Get startedFrom there you get the ongoing work, meaning new course publishing, lesson and media updates, live cohort scheduling, coupon campaigns for each launch, refunds and enrollment admin, and a monthly review of enrollments, completion, drop off, and revenue by course. You send priorities and we build them into the following month.

See all Zoho servicesIt is a subscription where we run your Zoho TrainerCentral academy for you at a flat monthly rate. That covers the initial setup or migration, your branding and custom domain, course and module structure, lesson publishing, quizzes and certificates, live session configuration, payments, and the integrations into the rest of your Zoho account. It also covers the ongoing work, meaning new course launches, coupon campaigns, enrollment admin, and monthly reporting on completion and revenue.
It is Zoho’s platform for creating and selling online training. You get a course builder for video, audio, and document lessons, a live virtual classroom for cohort sessions and webinars, quizzes and assignments, automatic certificates, a learner community, and a branded academy on your own domain with checkout built in. Because it sits inside the Zoho ecosystem, it connects to CRM, Campaigns, Meeting, Flow, and Analytics without a paid connector in between.
TrainerCentral is built to sell training to an external audience, so it includes checkout, pricing, coupons, a public catalog, and a branded academy. Zoho Learn is built for internal knowledge and staff training, with wikis, manuals, and courses for people who already work for you. If you are charging for the course, you want TrainerCentral. If you are onboarding employees, you want Learn. Some organizations run both, which we set up regularly.
Teachable and Kajabi have larger template libraries and a bigger creator ecosystem, which matters if you want an unusual funnel out of the box. TrainerCentral covers course delivery, live sessions, and checkout for less per month, includes the live classroom rather than charging for it separately, and connects natively to the Zoho apps you already run. If your case is one where another platform genuinely fits better, we will say so.
Yes, and this is a common starting point. We move your courses, sections, lessons, media, quizzes, and certificate templates across, rebuild the catalog structure, and import your existing learners with their enrollment records and progress where the source platform allows it. We keep the old platform live until you have checked what landed, so there is no window where a paying learner has nowhere to log in.
Yes, and most programs end up doing both. TrainerCentral includes a live virtual classroom with screen sharing, polls, and recording, so you can run cohort sessions or one off webinars and attach them to a course. We configure the scheduling, registration, and reminder sequence, then publish the recording back into the course afterward so people who missed the session know where the replay lives.
You connect your own payment gateway and the money goes to your account, not through us. We configure the gateway, your currencies, tax rules, and invoice settings, then test the full checkout with a real transaction before you open enrollment. We also set up your pricing, subscription plans, free preview lessons, and coupon codes with proper expiry and usage limits so a launch discount cannot quietly run all year.
Yes, and you should. We set your academy up on your own custom domain with your logo, colors, typography, and email sender, so learners never see a generic platform address in the URL or in the confirmation email. The homepage, catalog pages, and sign up flow all get built to match your existing site rather than left on the stock layout.
No, the teaching is yours. Your subject matter experts record the material and write the assessments, because that expertise is what people are paying for and it cannot be outsourced without the course becoming generic. What we handle is everything around it, meaning structure, publishing, media setup, quiz configuration, certificates, scheduling, payments, and the reporting that tells you which parts are working.
Usually two or three, or one if you are running live cohorts on a recurring schedule. Below that, the admin is light enough that one person can keep up. Once you are launching regularly, running promotions, and answering enrollment questions, the work stops fitting around somebody’s real job. If you are on the line, we will say so rather than selling you a plan you do not need yet.
Yes, and we train them to. Onboarding covers course building, session hosting, learner communication, and the parts of the configuration they should leave alone. Most clients publish their own lessons and run their own sessions, then send us the structural work, meaning new paths, pricing changes, integrations, and reporting. You are never locked out of your own academy and you never have to route a lesson update through us.
Yes. It is one of the applications bundled into a Zoho One subscription, so if you already pay for Zoho One you have access to it. That is worth checking before you buy it separately. If you are running several Zoho apps individually, our Managed Zoho One plan covers the whole suite under one monthly management fee, which is usually cheaper once you pass three or four apps.
You keep everything. The Zoho account, the academy, the courses, the learner records, and the revenue history are all yours and always were, because we work inside your subscription rather than ours. If you move on, we hand over documentation on how the academy is configured and remove our access. There is no export to negotiate, no proprietary layer to unpick, and no contract term holding you in place.
We’d love to hear from you!
