Setup is included, not extra
Most providers quote a build fee for the phone setup, then a support retainer on top of it. We fold both into one monthly rate with no separate implementation charge.
Managed Zoho Voice
Managed Zoho Voice gives your business a phone system that puts every caller in front of the right person. We provision and port your numbers, design the IVR menus, build the routing and the queues, provision your agents, and wire each call into Zoho CRM and Zoho Desk so it lands on the customer record.
With Cascadia you get
Most providers quote a build fee for the phone setup, then a support retainer on top of it. We fold both into one monthly rate with no separate implementation charge.
Nobody should file a ticket to change a voicemail greeting. We train your managers and agents on transfers, queues, the dialer, and the reports they get asked about, and leave written notes behind for the next hire.
Voice suits a lot of businesses and suits some badly. We have no commercial reason to push you either way.
What you get
All 20 of these come with Managed Zoho Voice, set up and looked after by our team.
Tell us how your team uses Zoho Voice and we will take it from there.
Anybody can buy numbers and hand out extensions. Keeping the menu short, the queues staffed, the recordings compliant, and the call log actually landing in your CRM is the part that usually never gets finished.
| What to compare | How Cascadia handles it |
|---|---|
| Getting the system designed at all | We run the build to an agreed scope and a go live date, come back to you for the routing decisions, and hand over a system your callers can navigate rather than a menu they escape from. |
| The settings nobody revisits | We set each one deliberately, then revisit them against real call data rather than letting the setup quietly drift out of step with your team. |
| What actually happens on porting day | We handle the authorization, the carrier validation, and the cutover window, and keep calls landing on a working path the whole way through, which means your main line does not go dark for an afternoon in the middle of it. |
| The calls nobody notices you missed | We build the overflow paths, voicemail routing, and callback rules that stop a call ending in silence, and create the follow up task in your CRM so somebody rings back. |
| When you outgrow the tool | Because we run the rest of your Zoho stack as well, we will say so rather than forcing a workaround, and we will move you across if that is the right call. We also flag when Zoho One costs less than separate app plans. |
| What it costs next month | A flat monthly rate makes the cost predictable and puts the incentive on us to keep calls landing correctly rather than to bill hours against it. |

Voice is available to Zoho One subscribers, so plenty of companies have the account and have never used it for calls. We put it to work, build the phone system inside the Zoho environment you already run, and connect it to the CRM and Desk sitting next to it.
Get startedIf your business line is an aging desk phone contract, a personal mobile, and a mailbox nobody checks, this is the common consolidation. We port the numbers across, build routing that covers every team, and put the call record where your CRM can finally use it.
Get startedWhen reps dial all day, the admin around the call matters as much as the call. We set up the power dialer, the call lists, the dispositions, and the CRM logging, so a rep finishes a conversation and the next step is already recorded instead of typed up hours later.
Get startedWhether you are starting with no business phone system at all or inheriting a menu nobody has touched in years, the sequence is the same.
We start with what you have, whether that is a carrier contract, a mobile everybody rings, or nothing at all. We agree who answers what, map the routing for each team, then provision the new numbers or open the port.
Get startedNext come the pieces that make the calls worth something, meaning agent and team provisioning, the power dialer for outbound work, SMS where your numbers support it, the recording and consent settings, and the sync into Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, and Zoho Analytics. We test every routing branch with your team before your main line points at it.
Get startedFrom there you get the ongoing work, meaning menu and routing changes, new agents and numbers, greeting updates, holiday and seasonal schedules, call quality monitoring, and a written review of call volume, answer rates, service levels, and agent load. You send priorities and we build them into the following month.

See all Zoho servicesIt is a subscription where we run your Zoho Voice phone system for you at a flat monthly rate. That covers the initial build, meaning number provisioning, porting, IVR menus, routing rules, queues, business hours, and agent setup. It also covers the ongoing work, meaning menu and routing changes, new agents, greeting updates, call quality monitoring, reporting, and the CRM and Desk integrations that make the calls useful afterward.
Zoho Voice is a cloud phone system. It gives your business local, toll free, and international numbers, routes inbound calls through IVR menus and queues to the right team, and lets your people make and take calls from a browser, desktop app, or mobile. It also handles voicemail, call recording, SMS on supported numbers, a power dialer for outbound teams, and reporting on call volume and agent activity.
Zoho Voice is available to Zoho One subscribers, but the calling itself is licensed separately by Zoho on a per user basis, and minutes and numbers are billed on top. So having Zoho One does not mean Voice is free. What it does mean is that most of the integration work is already paid for, because CRM, Desk, and Analytics are sitting in the same account.
Yes. Your Zoho Voice license, your phone numbers, and your call and message credits are billed by Zoho against your own account, and we do not mark them up. We do help you size the license count and top up policy sensibly, because most teams either overbuy seats or get caught out by credits running dry mid month.
Yes, and it is one of the first things we plan. We handle the letter of authorization, the account and address validation your current carrier will ask for, and the cutover scheduling. Timelines depend on the losing carrier and the number type, and can run from a few days to several weeks. Calls keep landing throughout, and we run parallel routing across the switch so nothing is missed.
Most organizations are live in two to four weeks. A straightforward setup with new numbers, a single IVR, and one or two teams can be done sooner. What stretches the timeline is porting, because that runs on the losing carrier’s schedule, and complex routing where several departments have different hours, escalation paths, and skill requirements that need mapping before anything gets built.
Yes, and this is usually the main reason clients choose it. Inbound calls screen pop the matching contact or lead, outbound calls dial straight from the record, and every call logs automatically with duration, disposition, notes, and a link to the recording. Missed calls can create follow up tasks, so a call that came in during a busy hour does not quietly disappear from the pipeline.
Yes. Calls can create tickets or attach to existing ones, agents see the customer’s ticket history before they answer, and voicemails arrive as tickets with the audio attached. Routing can follow ticket priority or customer tier, which means a paying support customer is not queued behind a general inquiry. We configure the whole path rather than just switching the integration on.
Yes, though we usually push back on how deep it goes. Multi level menus are supported and we build them where the call mix justifies it, but callers abandon fast once they are three levels in. We design around the calls you actually receive, keep the common paths short, and always leave a clear route to a person. Every branch is tested before it goes live.
Recording is configured with the announcements and consent capture that your states or countries require, not just switched on globally. We set who is allowed to play a recording back, how long recordings are retained before purging, and where they are stored. Do not call and opt out lists are honored at the routing level, so a suppressed number is not dialed by an outbound campaign.
Yes, where your numbers and country support it. We enable two way messaging, build the templates your team sends most often such as appointment reminders and delivery updates, and set who owns replies so texts are not left unanswered in a shared inbox. Opt out handling is configured from day one, and message history lands against the customer record in CRM.
Zoho Voice offers local, toll free, and international numbers across a wide list of countries, though availability and the documentation required vary a lot by market. Some countries need a local address or business registration before a number can be issued. We check availability for the specific countries you need before you commit, rather than discovering a gap halfway through the build.
You do. The Zoho Voice account is registered to your company, the numbers are yours, and the recordings, call logs, and reporting live in your account rather than behind our login. If you bring this in house or move to another provider, there is nothing for us to hand over, because it was never ours to begin with. We just step back.
You contact us and we work it. Call quality problems are usually network side rather than the platform, so we look at jitter, latency, device configuration, and local bandwidth before assuming the fault sits with Zoho. If it is a carrier issue or a number outage, we chase Zoho support on your behalf and reroute traffic to a working path while it is being resolved.
We’d love to hear from you!
