Switching From BigCommerce To A Team That Runs It
Zoho Commerce can run your entire online store, once someone builds the storefront, structures the catalog, and connects it to the accounting and inventory your business already runs on. That part is a job. Our managed Zoho Commerce plan handles it on a flat monthly rate: a storefront built around your products, a catalog shoppers can search, payments and shipping configured properly, and orders flowing into Zoho Books and Inventory without anybody rekeying them.
With Cascadia you get
- Stock that matches the shelf
- Catalogs people can actually search
- API work where connectors stop
- Built around how you sell
- Your store, your order history
- Order volume watched before fees bite
The short version
What you get here instead of BigCommerce
Stock levels, prices and product data track wherever the truth actually lives rather than drifting apart from it.

What ships in the standard plan here
One price covers the lot. There is no upgrade tier holding a feature back.

What changes once we run it
Sell something the warehouse does not have and you have bought yourself a refund, an apology, and a customer who checks a competitor next time.
Order volume watched before fees bite
We track your usage against your current plan and flag a change before a limit turns away an order during your busiest week. You stay ahead of the cost rather than reacting to it.
Stock that matches the shelf
Overselling is how a good day turns into an apology.
Catalogs people can actually search
A store with four thousand products and no filters is the same as a store with none, because nobody finds the right one.
API work where connectors stop
The built-in integrations cover common setups well. The awkward cases need more: a feed from a supplier catalog Zoho has never heard of, a pricing rule the platform does not support, or an order pushed into an ERP the moment it ships.
Who this comparison is for
Businesses already running Zoho Books or Inventory
When Books holds the invoices, Inventory holds the stock, and your store sits on a separate platform, somebody reconciles the difference every month.
Sellers still taking orders by phone and email
Manual order taking works right up until it does not, and then a price is wrong or the item was already sold.
Zoho One customers still paying for Shopify
Zoho One includes Commerce, and plenty of companies pay Shopify every month while already funding it.
How our managed Zoho Commerce service works
Whether you are starting with no store at all or migrating one somebody else built, the sequence is the same. We work out what you sell and how you fulfill it, build the storefront and the catalog, then connect payments, shipping, and your Zoho back office.
- 1
We assess your current setup
First we look at how things run today: what you already pay for, what is configured where, and which parts are actually causing you trouble.
- 2
We map what you sell and ship
If the catalog structure you want turns out to fight your shipping rules, this is where you find out, rather than after launch.
- 3
We build the storefront and the catalog
We build the store pages, load the catalog with variants and images, set collections and filters, then configure payments, shipping zones, and tax rules.
- 4
We launch, monitor, and maintain
We run live test orders, take the store public, and keep it running from there.

BigCommerce alternative questions
Straight answers about switching, pricing, and what moves with you.
See Managed Zoho CommerceIs Cascadia a straight swap for BigCommerce?
Not quite, because we run Zoho Commerce for you and watch your order volume before fees bite. We track your usage against your current plan and flag a change before a limit turns away an order during your busiest week. You stay ahead of the cost rather than reacting to it.
Can Zoho Commerce sync with Zoho CRM?
Yes. Customers and orders flow into CRM so your sales team sees purchase history alongside the pipeline, and Campaigns can segment on what someone actually bought rather than what they browsed. We set up the field mapping and the deduplication rules, so you do not end up with three contact records for the same buyer and a segment that double counts them.
Which payment gateways can I use?
Zoho Commerce supports the major gateways including Stripe, PayPal, and Authorize.Net, plus several regional providers, and the list available to you depends on where your business is registered. We connect the ones you want, run live test transactions, and confirm refunds work before launch. If you need a gateway Zoho does not support natively, we look at whether the API can bridge it.
Can you customize the checkout?
Within what the platform allows, yes. We trim the fields to what you actually need, enable guest checkout, add custom fields your fulfillment process depends on, and cut the number of steps between cart and payment. Zoho Commerce does not offer unlimited checkout templating, so we will be straight with you about where the limit sits before you plan a process around it.
Do I own the store and the Zoho account?
Yes. Everything we build lives inside your own Zoho account, under your ownership. If you ever change providers, the store, the catalog, the order history, and the integrations stay exactly where they are. Nothing sits in an agency account, so there is no export to negotiate, no credentials to chase, and no leverage held over you.
What happens if I go over 1,000 products or 3 sales channels?
We flag it before it becomes a problem and quote the change, rather than letting it surprise you on an invoice. Most stores that outgrow the allowance are also good candidates for the Zoho One bundle, which covers every Zoho app under a single monthly plan. We would rather move you onto the right plan than quietly bill you more each month.
How long does it take to launch a store?
A straightforward store with a clean catalog usually goes live in four to six weeks. Migrations, large catalogs, and custom integrations take longer, and the extra time is almost always product data cleanup rather than build work. We give you a schedule after the first consultation, once we have seen your product data and know what shape it is in.
Do you handle SEO for the store?
We set the technical foundations: product and category metadata, structured data, clean URLs, sitemaps, and analytics tracking. That is what makes a store crawlable and measurable from day one. Ongoing content and link building is a separate engagement, and we will say so rather than imply that a technically sound store will rank on its own.
What if something breaks outside business hours?
Checkout availability and payment gateway health are monitored, so we usually find out before a customer emails you. Anything that stops orders getting through is treated as urgent. Routine requests, catalog changes, and new promotions run on normal business hours, and you can reach us by phone, SMS, or email using the details on this page.
What is Zoho Commerce?
Zoho Commerce is Zoho’s ecommerce platform for building and running an online store. It covers the storefront builder, product catalog, cart and checkout, payment gateways, shipping, and order management in one product, and it connects directly to Zoho Books, Inventory, and CRM. It is also included in Zoho One, which is why a lot of companies already own it without having launched a store on it.
What does your managed Zoho Commerce service include?
We build the store and then run it. That covers theme and page setup, catalog and variant structure, payment gateways, shipping and tax rules, checkout configuration, and the connections into Books, Inventory, and CRM. After launch we handle catalog changes, promotions, monitoring, and the ongoing administration at a flat monthly rate, so the store keeps working without you hiring someone to look after it.
