An iCIMS Alternative With The Price On The Page

iCIMS will show you three products, a Gartner badge and a value calculator, and no price for any of it. There is no pricing page on their site and no pricing entry in their navigation. Managed Zoho Recruit is seven hundred a month, published on this page, and the person who configures the hiring process is already inside the figure.

With Cascadia you get

  • We configure your real process
  • Candidates who actually hear back
  • Job boards that stay current
  • Screening you can defend
  • Your account, your data
  • Connected to the rest of Zoho

The short version

Why teams pick Cascadia over iCIMS

We exist for the case where nobody has the hours to own how hiring works and nobody wants to fund a project to fix it. Where those hours exist, the bigger tool wins on its own merits, and that is the honest recommendation.

What you get here

  • Someone sits with your hiring managers and turns how you really hire into stages, scorecards and templates
  • Offer approvals, candidate notifications and scheduling rules set to match how decisions actually get made
  • Stages, permissions and automations reviewed every month rather than left where the last owner left them
  • A hiring manager opens the tool and sees their own candidates, because somebody configured the access deliberately
  • The same named person every time, already holding the context when a role has to change today
  • One hiring process the departments agreed on, rather than five that drifted apart without anyone noticing
  • One figure you can read on this page, rather than three product quotes and an implementation scope to add together
  • Links to your CRM, your onboarding and your employee records built and maintained, not counted on an integrations page

What ships in the standard plan here

Three enterprise products and an implementation engagement, each quoted on its own, no published price for any of them, and the totalling left to whoever ends up signing.

  • An honest no on the first call if you hire twice a year and need none of this
  • Reporting built around the roles you are actually filling, rather than a report builder waiting for somebody to volunteer

Where the size of the platform stops being the thing that decides it

Zoho Recruit shaped around the way you actually hire, with the pipelines, the screening, the career site and the offer flow ours to build and ours to keep working as you change, at one figure you can read before you speak to anybody.

One number covering the setup, the tuning and every change that follows

The pipelines and stages, the career site and the job board publishing, the screening rules, the offer approvals, the permissions, the reporting and the links to the rest of your Zoho apps all sit inside the same seven hundred.

No second product to license, so the number does not arrive in pieces

Seven hundred a month is the whole of it. There is no engagement product, no branding product and no separate implementation, because what you are buying is the work rather than a set of licenses.

The person who built your hiring process is the person who picks up about it

You are not routed into a queue that has never seen your pipeline, and there is no change order to sign before anybody will move a stage.

One suite, so today’s hire is already tomorrow’s employee record

Zoho Recruit sits alongside People, CRM, Books and the rest of the suite, so the candidate becomes the employee record without an integration in between to keep in step.

Who this comparison is for

Configuration is a service you scope and buy, not something a license covers

Professional services is its own line of business at iCIMS, with its own place in their navigation.

Built for hiring at a scale most companies never have to reach

Four thousand four hundred companies across more than two hundred countries, a quarter of the Fortune 500, and a High Volume Hiring product built because that is who buys this.

The platform is deep, and the depth is the thing that has to be shaped

iCIMS Hire carries applicant tracking, offers, onboarding, text recruiting and high volume hiring, with Coalesce AI across all of it and more than eight hundred partner technologies behind it.

How switching works

  1. 1

Nothing gets built until we have followed one real hire from advert through to offer

We sit with the hiring managers, and with whoever has to report on headcount afterward, and we write down what happens to a candidate in practice rather than what the policy says happens.

  2. 2

The live roles and the candidates in play move first, and get checked before anyone works in them

The open roles, the candidates already in play, the talent pool people actually return to and the notes behind them.

  3. 3

The pipelines and the offer approvals get built around you, not left on defaults

Default stages produce a report nobody believes. We build the stages, the scorecards and the routing around how decisions really get made, so the reporting answers a question somebody was already asking.

  4. 4

You run a full month on it, including a real requisition and a real offer made

The first month of live hiring runs with us alongside it. Anything that routes wrong on the first offer gets fixed while everybody still remembers the candidate it happened to.

See Managed Zoho Recruit
What is an iCIMS alternative?

Anything that tracks applicants through a hiring process without being iCIMS. On this hub that means Greenhouse, Workable, Lever and Zoho Recruit. The useful question is not which platform has the longer feature list, because at this end of the market they will all move a candidate through stages and send a rejection. It is what the price is actually measuring, who configures the thing, and who still owns it a year later.

How is Cascadia different from iCIMS?

iCIMS sells three enterprise products and an implementation to go with them, and quotes all of it privately. We sell the work of running a hiring process, at a figure printed on this page. Their platform arrives deep and arrives shaped by a project. Ours arrives configured around how you actually hire and stays configured, because changing it as the company changes is the thing you are paying for rather than a scope you have to fund again.

Is iCIMS cheaper than this?

We do not know, and neither will you until you have been through their sales process. iCIMS publishes no figure at all, and Hire, Engage and Employer Branding are quoted separately again, with the implementation on top of them. Depending on your size it could land either side of seven hundred. What we can tell you is what ours covers, which is the configuration and the upkeep of the process itself. If you have the budget and the people to run an enterprise implementation, buy iCIMS. We are not going to argue you out of a tool you can actually run.

What is not included in the seven hundred?

Your Zoho licenses, billed to you directly by Zoho at their published rates, and the judgment about who you want to hire and what good looks like in a role, which stays with the people doing the hiring. Turning those decisions into a working hiring process, and keeping it working as the company changes shape, is inside the figure.

Why not just use iCIMS and configure it ourselves?

If your hiring is straightforward and somebody is willing to own it, do exactly that. iCIMS is well built and their services team will get you live properly. The reason people stop is rarely the software. It is that the project closed, the person who ran it moved on, and nobody inherited what it left behind.

Should we buy this at all?

Often not, and finding that out now is far cheaper than finding it out in month four. If you hire two people a year and everybody already knows how it works, seven hundred a month of hiring management is a solution looking for a problem, and so is an enterprise platform sized for the Fortune 500. We would rather say so on the first call than six months into it.

Do we have to migrate everything at once?

No. Open requisitions, candidates in play and the reports built on them move first, because that is what the team works from daily. Closed roles and older applicants follow once the live process has settled. Nobody waits on a full migration before they can get on with hiring.

Does anything break while you take over?

Nobody stops hiring and nothing goes dark. Your existing pipelines stay exactly where they are until the new one has run a full month with nothing falling through it. Cutting over is a decision you make after watching it work, not a date we impose on you.

What if we already run iCIMS and want to move?

It is a common route to this page. The fiddly part is deciding which of the existing stages, scorecards and custom fields are worth carrying over, because an enterprise deployment accumulates a great many that nobody remembers creating. We work that out before anybody commits to anything, so the tidying up is known rather than discovered.

Do you own the system or the data?

Neither, and the arrangement is deliberately dull. The Zoho account is in your name. The hiring data, every candidate record and the documentation behind the configuration belong to you. Stop working with us and you keep all of it, with no handover to negotiate first.

What exactly is included?

One flat figure with nothing metered behind it. Seven hundred a month covers the pipelines and stages, the career site and job board publishing, the screening and the scorecards, the offer approvals, the permissions, the reporting, and the integrations with the rest of your Zoho apps. None of it is priced as a separate module.

Do you guarantee the implementation will go to plan?

No, and be wary of anybody who does. A migration runs into candidate records nobody has read properly in years, and a first month of live hiring reliably surfaces an exception the business had never named. What we commit to is that those surprises are ours to absorb rather than yours to be invoiced for.

What does the monthly report actually contain?

Which roles moved, which candidates are stuck and where, and what took longest, alongside anything we changed and anything odd enough to flag. It is a page rather than a deck, written so somebody who never opens the system can still tell how the hiring is going.

How long before we see a difference?

Four to eight weeks to a full month running cleanly, and longer where years of spreadsheets and stage names have to be reconciled first. The honest variable is not our speed. It is how quickly somebody can tell us what ought to happen to a candidate nobody has ever decided about.

What if we want to leave?

Thirty days’ notice ends it and nothing is stranded. The Zoho account stays in your name, the pipelines and candidate records stay where they are, and the documentation goes with you. No exit fee, and nothing to pry out of us, because none of it was ever ours to hold.
