Recruitee alternative
The Managed Way To Replace Recruitee
Managed Zoho Recruit puts your candidates, openings, career site, and interviews in one system we configure and run for you. We build your hiring process into the software, connect it to People and CRM, and keep it working as your team and your roles change.
With Cascadia you get
- We configure your real process

- Job boards that stay current
- Screening you can defend
- Your account, your data
- Connected to the rest of Zoho
The short version
The short case for Cascadia over Recruitee
An applicant tracker is a filter applied at scale, which gives it a defensibility problem most software does not have. Every criterion you set is a decision about people, repeated hundreds of times.

Where the service earns its keep
If it was chosen because it was easy to measure rather than because it predicts anything, that is both worse hiring and harder to justify.
Job boards that stay current
A filled role still advertised wastes budget and your reputation.
Screening you can defend
Knockout questions only help when they filter the right people out.
Your account, your data
Nothing sits behind an agency account, so there is no export to negotiate and no leverage held over you. If you bring this back in house, it is already yours.
Connected to the rest of Zoho
We link Recruit to Zoho People so a hire becomes an employee record without rekeying, tie it to CRM where client work drives requisitions, and push time to hire and source performance into Zoho Analytics for reporting.
Who this comparison is for
Companies hiring out of a shared inbox
Resumes in an inbox work until two people are hiring at once and nobody knows who replied.
Staffing and recruiting agencies
Agencies run two pipelines, candidates and clients, and most tools handle only one of them well.
High volume and seasonal hirers
Hiring forty people in six weeks breaks anything manual.
How our managed Zoho Recruit service works
Whether you are moving off a shared inbox or inheriting a Zoho Recruit account somebody configured two years ago, the sequence is the same. We get the candidate data and the daily pipeline right first, then sourcing and screening, then everything else.
- 1
We assess your current setup
First we look at how things run today: what you already pay for, what is configured where, and which parts are actually causing you trouble.
- 2
We audit and load your candidate data
Candidates, application history, and open roles get mapped and loaded so your history comes across rather than everyone starting fresh.
- 3
We build the pipelines and workflows
We test each one on a live role, then connect your career site and job boards so applications arrive in the right place.
- 4
We keep it correct as you change
From there you get the ongoing work, meaning new roles and pipelines configured when you need them, job board channels kept current, automation adjusted as your process shifts, integrations checked each cycle, and a monthly summary of time to hire, source performance, and anything still open.
How Recruitee works
What Recruitee does, in their own words
Recruitee prices on job slots rather than seats, with unlimited users on every plan. The figures below were read in September 2026, and sources disagree because the plan names have changed.

Recruitee alternative questions
Straight answers about switching, pricing, and what moves with you.
See Managed Zoho RecruitWhy would I switch from Recruitee to Cascadia?
One reason is that we keep your job board listings current. A filled role still advertised wastes budget and your reputation. We connect your board channels so one opening publishes everywhere you pay for, applications land back in one pipeline with the source recorded, and closing the role pulls the listings down instead of leaving stale ads running.
What does Zoho Recruit actually do?
Zoho Recruit is Zoho’s applicant tracking system. It holds your candidate database and resumes, manages job openings and requisitions, publishes to your career site and job boards, parses applications, runs screening and assessments, schedules interviews and collects structured feedback, handles offers and e-signature, and reports on your hiring funnel. It works for internal HR teams and for staffing agencies managing clients alongside candidates.
How long does setup take?
Most clients are hiring through the system within three to four weeks. The first week covers the audit, the candidate and job data migration, and the pipeline structure. The second and third cover your career site, job board connections, screening rules, and interview workflows. Complex setups, especially staffing agencies running client side pipelines too, can take longer, and we tell you that before you sign rather than after.
Can you migrate candidates from our current ATS?
Yes. We migrate candidate records, resumes, application history, and job openings from most systems, including Bullhorn, Workable, Greenhouse, Lever, and spreadsheets. We map your existing stages to the new pipeline so history is preserved rather than everyone landing in a single default stage. We check the result against your own numbers before your recruiters start working in the new system.
Do you build our career site?
Yes. We build the Zoho Recruit career site, match it to your brand, structure the job listings, connect it to a subdomain of your own site, and set up the application forms. The goal is an apply flow short enough that qualified candidates finish it on a phone. If you want the careers page built into your main website instead, we can discuss that as separate development work.
Which job boards can you publish to?
Zoho Recruit connects to the major boards including Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, Glassdoor, and Monster, alongside free and premium posting options that vary by region. We configure the channels you actually pay for, set the publishing rules so a single opening reaches all of them, and make sure closing a role pulls the listings down instead of leaving stale ads running.
Does this work for staffing and recruiting agencies?
Yes, and agencies are where Recruit is strongest. We configure the client and contact side alongside candidates, set up client specific pipelines and submission workflows, connect it to Zoho CRM where your sales team works, and build the reporting that shows placements and revenue by client. Zoho Recruit has a staffing agency edition and we set up whichever edition fits your model.
How does Zoho Recruit connect to Zoho People?
An accepted offer in Recruit creates the employee record in Zoho People without anybody retyping it, carrying across the data you already collected during hiring. Onboarding workflows start on day one instead of after somebody finishes a copy and paste job. We configure that handoff and check the field mapping so the record arrives complete rather than needing cleanup from HR.
What happens if we already have Zoho Recruit set up badly?
That is a common starting point and it is easier to fix than people expect. We audit what is there, document what is working, and rebuild the parts that are not, usually the pipeline stages, the screening rules, and the permissions. We do it without losing your candidate history. You do not need to start a fresh account, and we tell you plainly if starting fresh is genuinely the cheaper path.
